I went to Perfect Smiles on a recommendation from my daughter. She told me about Dr. Stratton. I set up an appointment with her. When I got there I was informed that she is retiring I believe the following week. So I saw Dr. Winter. I was looking to getting a cavity filled, top denture & bottom particle. Cavity filling went fine. When came to denture and particle things got kind of screwy. It has never taken almost 4 months to get a set back. I've wearing denture and particle for over 20 years. Anyway, I wasn't satisfied with the particle. I didn't like the way it looked. Teeth were to small and leaning. He said it was because of the way I push the bottom part of my jaw out. He's making me another one. The denture was fine after some adjustments were made. I still think it was a good experience.

I finally found a dentist office with people who care! They are so clean, so friendly, extremely patient and understanding! I've had TERRIBLE experiences with needles and dentist. Dr. Sean Moghadam was amazing! He explained everything throughly and he definitely helped my nerves! He and his team talked me though everything and none of them ever left my side. They all talked to me to keep me distracted while IV sedation was trying to be done (I was shaking and crying at this point.) They didn't judge me just because I'm an adult with a fear. They respected me and helped me so much. Thank you all so much! Best dentist visit I've ever had! I go back May 4th and I promise to try to stay calm😅 My insurance is horrible, but after putting a large down payment, they worked with me on payment plans as well. I'm so grateful for Perfect Smiles.

If there was a zero star I would of clicked on it! This is the most unprofessional office I have been to! My appointment was ONLY for a cleaning for $49 a special! I sat in the room as all the office crew were coming in and out! Finally the Dr came in and she was sick with the flu! Breathing all over me knowing all kinds of viruses going on! As they finally started my cleaning the water strain was not working at all, the lights were flickering and to top it off the computers went down! All I did was open my mouth and I get a bill of $317 for absolutely nothing they did except waste my time and watch the staff walk in and out of the room! When I told them I am leaving because there is no water for a cleaning and that the electricity is out, I will come back another time, the doctor had the audacity to tell me let us start on a root canal with none of their equipment working! This office, staff and definitely the Dentist do not care for their patience at all!

Would of been 5 stars but today was not a good experience....Been bringing my grandmother here for awhile...but today im absolutely disgusted with the customer service that we received today from the young lady at the front desk crazy part the mistake was on the lady at the front desk but she gave so much attitude she definitely should not be handling no one

I've visited Perfect Smiles in Beverly on three occasions. The facility is clean, the waiting area is comfortable and Dr. Zaza is amazing. I received the best cleaning that I've ever had and a much needed mouth guard. The main issue is some of the staff members are unprofessional. There are a few issues that I can overlook, but dishonesty isn't one of them. You have to be hyper vigilant when it comes billing. I worked directly with my insurance company to make sure that I did not overpay. There's a receptionist that is chaotic and not very good at their job. It complicated my visits and unfortunately, I am not sure if I will return. The other reviews are correct. You will receive a lot of text messages, the wait times can be a bit lengthy, but the actual service is fantastic.Update-I had a dental emergency and went back. I am reducing my rating to one star. Again, great service. Again, I was overbilled. This time when I complained I was told that the bill could have been reduced but since I have a bad attitude I am out of luck. Shame on me for returning. If you choose this location try to be really nice because billing in based on your attitude.

I went to this office my entire life until 2019, when my dentist retired. I decided to go back recently and I regret the decision greatly. They keep sending me bills for my appointment, even though they haven't sent anything to my insurance yet. I've called them multiple times in an attempt to resolve this, but they refuse to go through my insurance. I don't know if their office staff doesn't know what they're doing or if they're trying to scam me, but either way I won't be returning. If I could give them 0 stars I would.

I was super sad when my long-time dentist retired and unfortunately left the practice in the hands of this utterly incompetent group. Hygienist Dee is great and Dr. Stratton is too but the office is abominably managed. I have just spent the last month being jerked around for a crown replacement due to a badly-fitted crown from last year and now their scanner is broken, the one competent doctor is retiring at year-end, they have no backup system that would allow an impression & replacement before she leaves, and due to miscommunication between the office and the “manager,” and despite multiple confirmation reminders & calls, including a text THIS MORNING , I just showed up for my appointment only to be told it’s not possible to be seen except by the dentist who screwed up the crown IN THE FIRST PLACE. This also follows a filling debacle by that same dentist that took 2 other dentists & 4 tries to get right last year, which is when the improperly fitted crown was identified as such.Avoid at all costs.

Do not go here unless you have very good dental insurance or very deep pockets. Went here confusing them with a careington provider that's on me. Senior citizens with a $2107 bill that's on them for services carington or probably dental insurance would have paid them. $500 . Don't make my mistake. Verify your coverage and amount before having any work performed here. Was trying to discuss this but was cut off then placed on hold for 17 minutes. Never did get to talk to anyone. I'll be happy to update if there is any refund of our $2107 payment.

First time customer at this dental office for a cleaning and exam with Dr. Stratton. I had a very unpleasant experience with the hygienist Razan. She was not friendly or welcoming, bad attitude and very unprofessional. She said I had gingivitis and needed more than a regular cleaning however, my gums are pink and healthy, and when she used the probing tool to pook around my teeth there was no bleeding. I take care of my teeth and have them cleaned at least once or twice a year. Moreover, I've never been told this by any other hygienist before so BEWARE of being misdiagnosed and given bad dental care treatment by this hygienist. Thankfully, I had a much better experience with Dr. Stratton. She was very pleasant, gentle and professional, however she said she is retiring so not sure if I'll return to this dental office given my experience with the hygienist Razan.
