So, where do I start?I have always been in a complicated relationship with my dentists, lol.I was looking for a new dentist because I rarely commute into the city since COVID and need to find one close to home with flexible hours and modern technology because of my fear of dentists. There is quite a lot to ask for. My daughter found us, Sauganash Smiles. After her first cleaning with Dr. Dalia, she said, " Mom, you are going to love Dr. Dalia."I cannot tell you how happy I am. Dr. Dalia is so friendly, gentle, and intelligent. She understands my unique case and needs.The office smells lovely, is welcoming and clean, and the staff is super friendly. I couldn't stop talking about my experience with my husband.I am sending him your way, Dr. Dalia!

The best dentist experience I’ve ever had. Extremely clean and renovated office with very friendly staff. Dentist is very kind and takes time to get to know you. She is very efficient and does great work while clearly communicating options. Highly recommend this dentist to anyone looking in Chicago. I wish I would have started going to Dr. Dalia years ago.

From the moment I walked in and was greeted by Cristina, the receptionist. I was happy to have found this dentist office. Leslie the dental assistant explained everything she would be doing and then Dr Dalia went though my x-rays she asked if I had any concerns or questions. Was attentive throughout the visit. I would recommend Dr Dalia and her staff, and look forward to her taking care of all my dental needs.

I have been with Dr Dalia now for 3.5 years since the Lakeview Dental days. I now continue with her at Sauganash Smiles. She is amazing in taking care of the teeth and explains the procedure well along with possible alternatives. Follow up texts personally from her to check pain status after a serious procedure to simple things like type of floss or mouth rinse required for a specific situation. Excellent, warm and knowledgeable staff. Never had any issue with the insurance, what is covered vs not is always made clear. Always an awesome experience!

Great experience, overall. I left the dentist office I was formerly with when it began to feel like more of a sales pitch than a check-up every time I went in. A friend suggested I try Sauganash Smiles and I was very pleased with the result. The staff is very professional, it was easy to get an appointment, the office is very clean/modern/welcoming/easy street parking right out front, and best of all, I felt like my dental wellbeing was the top priority (not their sales goals).

I saw Dr. Marouf for an exam and cleaning. I have been looking for a new dentist nearby for a while now, and so glad I found her office. The office is newly remodeled, has state of the art equipment, and her staff is fantastic. Dr. Marouf was able to address issues and took the time to explain them which made me feel at ease. The office in general has a great vibe, I immediately knew I was in good hands. I look forward to seeing her for many years to come!

I went to Dr. Dalia because I had heard she was a very gentle dentist. I had pretty bad dental phobia and hadn’t been to the dentist in a while. Her office staff was welcoming and calming, she took into consideration my fears and made sure I was comfortable at all times. I had a deep cleaning and one cavity filled and she made sure everything was pain free and talked me through everything she was doing. Dr.Dalia was great. She was efficient, walked me through every step and made sure I was comfortable and knew the price. The staff were friendly and the office is modern and clean. Her tools were updated to the newest technologies and I saw images of my mouth I’ve never seen before!I needed a new dentist after mine relocated her practice and Sauganash Smiles is very conveniently located right off the highway and across from Whole Foods. Parking in the morning was easy and free, right out front on Cicero.I’ll be back! Thank you Dr. Dalia!
