Dentist appointments always cause me anxiety primarily cos of all the teeth shaming (is that a thing?). Finally found a place that not just makes you comfortable but also alleviates your anxiety. Had my tooth extraction and bone graft done by Dr. Ned. While he constantly ensured I wasn't panicking during the procedure, what really helped was the step by step run through of what was going on with the extraction and graft. And ofcourse positive reinforcements. Highly recommend Skyline Smiles for some absolutely professional folks who do some great work on your teeth.

Professional, high tech, friendly, efficient- the best combination for what you need out of a Dentist. I moved to the burbs but still come into the city to keep consistency. I love seeing businesses get with the times on the latest technology and devices. It makes me feel I’m getting the best care because they pay attention to all the details. Highly recommend.

Very friendly, knowledgeable staff. Made me feel comfortable even though I have anxiety over going to the dentist. The people at the front desk are very friendly and humorous which sets a positive tone for the visit.Dr. Ned was great! He not only did great work, but he and his staff also made me feel comfortable and welcome and gave me some reassurance along the way. I’ve been going to Skyline Smiles the last couple years and it is a great experience! The staff is wonderful. I left feeling great about my teeth and 6 month checkup. They ask you if you have any concerns and make sure to address them at the time of the visit. I highly recommend going there if you are looking for a new dentist in the Chicago area.

I have been coming to Skyline Smiles for almost 10 years. In the last few years I have been seeing Dr Mari and it's been fine until September when I needed to get a lower baby tooth pulled and a bridge put in. There was zero communication to me on what to expect. To the point where they literally were about to start the procedure to pull my tooth and I told them I didn't have a clue what was about to happen. They stopped and made the billing department come over and made me sign a release. And then rushed through an explanation on "oh we are shaving your teeth down so nothing shifts and we will put a temp bridge in and then a normal one." Why wasn't this done without me telling them I have no idea what's about to happen? And also, super cold and rushed explanation. Anyway. The temp bridge was horrible and uncomfortable which I was told by Dr Mari is normal. Okay fine. But then the real one came in and it never fit right. There is a giant space between my gums where food gets stuck every time, I can never chew on that side and have to clean it out after everything I eat. It's also not far enough down to the gum line so everything that I drink that's remotely cold or hot hurts. They say it's not loose but it certainly feels that way. I have been back 3 times with these concerns and she tells me "everything looks normal." And makes me feel like I'm crazy for telling her this is not right. Even her assistant Carlos told me "yea that looks super uncomfortable and I am sure we will need to do something to fix it." Then she comes in that same day after he says that and says "yea we can redo it but it's probably always going to be uncomfortable for you. And you can go get a second opinion." I paid almost $1200 out of pocket for this bridge. And not to mention - I have another bridge in my mouth that hasn't bothered me once in the over 20 years I've had it. So I know this one is not right. I will be going to another dentist from here on out. And if you need bridge work done - I would stay far away from this place and Dr Mari. So disappointing.

This is regarding my visit in September 2022. Worst service. There was little gap between my molar teeth and I told them that food get stuck sometimes and that bothers me. Dr. Ned ( Dr. Deepak Neduvelil) said he will fix it but he did unnecessary filling in one of my tooth which didn't had any problem.And when I asked the question over email and call , also they scheduled one appointment to see and they did unnecessary X-rays that did cost me again and kept me waited dispite of scheduled appointments and then no good answer. The extra visit which they scheduled did cost 200$ out of pocket again :-(

I can't believe I haven't written a review for Skyline Smiles! I've been coming to the west loop location consistently since 2019, with the exception that I've gone to their Roscoe Village location one time.Before becoming a patient here, I really hated going to the dentist (because of prior traumatic experiences). Skyline has really changed that viewpoint. I'm not saying I love going to the dentist by any means, but the hygienists and dentists here make me feel so incredibly comfortable. I make sure to let them know any area of sensitivity and instead of dismissing me, they make sure to be more gentle or to ask how I'm doing during the cleaning or exam.Another thing about Skyline is that I truly trust their professional opinion. I never feel pressured to get unnecessary treatments or feel like I'm being upsold.Highly recommend Skyline Smiles for all your dental needs!

I came here about a month ago after not being to a dentist in over 20 years! I was a little nervous, but the staff all made me feel very comfortable. Every single person I interacted with were very professional and friendly. Jennifer Ortega was very informative and accommodating with working around my availability for appointments and she had thorough answers for each one of my questions. Jessica Padilla, the dental hygienist was also very informative and went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable during my cleaning. You will never want to go anywhere else after going here. Great job from the entire team

It’s been a little over a year since my initial post for Skyline Smiles and I’m nearing the conclusion of my prescription plan for my teeth. I can honestly say that the experiences that I have had with this company are some of the best I have had in my life. I receive the best care, the best customer support, and the best interactions that have really aided me during my treatment. I have established great relationships that have kept me motivated and invested in my care; I can’t believe how these experiences have added to the overall quality of my life. Going through oral care can be extremely stressful from to time to time, so being a part of the right treatment team is important.
