Dentist appointments always cause me anxiety primarily cos of all the teeth shaming (is that a thing?). Finally found a place that not just makes you comfortable but also alleviates your anxiety. Had my tooth extraction and bone graft done by Dr. Ned. While he constantly ensured I wasn't panicking during the procedure, what really helped was the step by step run through of what was going on with the extraction and graft. And ofcourse positive reinforcements. Highly recommend Skyline Smiles for some absolutely professional folks who do some great work on your teeth.

Professional, high tech, friendly, efficient- the best combination for what you need out of a Dentist. I moved to the burbs but still come into the city to keep consistency. I love seeing businesses get with the times on the latest technology and devices. It makes me feel I’m getting the best care because they pay attention to all the details. Highly recommend.

Very friendly, knowledgeable staff. Made me feel comfortable even though I have anxiety over going to the dentist. The people at the front desk are very friendly and humorous which sets a positive tone for the visit.Dr. Ned was great! He not only did great work, but he and his staff also made me feel comfortable and welcome and gave me some reassurance along the way. I’ve been going to Skyline Smiles the last couple years and it is a great experience! The staff is wonderful. I left feeling great about my teeth and 6 month checkup. They ask you if you have any concerns and make sure to address them at the time of the visit. I highly recommend going there if you are looking for a new dentist in the Chicago area.

I can't believe I haven't written a review for Skyline Smiles! I've been coming to the west loop location consistently since 2019, with the exception that I've gone to their Roscoe Village location one time.Before becoming a patient here, I really hated going to the dentist (because of prior traumatic experiences). Skyline has really changed that viewpoint. I'm not saying I love going to the dentist by any means, but the hygienists and dentists here make me feel so incredibly comfortable. I make sure to let them know any area of sensitivity and instead of dismissing me, they make sure to be more gentle or to ask how I'm doing during the cleaning or exam.Another thing about Skyline is that I truly trust their professional opinion. I never feel pressured to get unnecessary treatments or feel like I'm being upsold.Highly recommend Skyline Smiles for all your dental needs!

I came here about a month ago after not being to a dentist in over 20 years! I was a little nervous, but the staff all made me feel very comfortable. Every single person I interacted with were very professional and friendly. Jennifer Ortega was very informative and accommodating with working around my availability for appointments and she had thorough answers for each one of my questions. Jessica Padilla, the dental hygienist was also very informative and went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable during my cleaning. You will never want to go anywhere else after going here. It’s been a little over a year since my initial post for Skyline Smiles and I’m nearing the conclusion of my prescription plan for my teeth. I can honestly say that the experiences that I have had with this company are some of the best I have had in my life. I receive the best care, the best customer support, and the best interactions that have really aided me during my treatment. I have established great relationships that have kept me motivated and invested in my care; I can’t believe how these experiences have added to the overall quality of my life. Going through oral care can be extremely stressful from to time to time, so being a part of the right treatment team is important. I was referred by my sister and another friend - Skyline Smiles absolutely lives up to the hype! Everyone here seems to love their job and genuinely do what’s best for the patient. Nirali, my hygienist, was amazing. She educated without shaming and went above and beyond to make the visit easy for me. I would like to say my Experience at skyline smile Was one of the best experience that I have ever had at a dentist office. Dr.Ned Extracted one of my upper tooth. I had no pain at all that day or any day after I tell you WOW.
