I’m so thankful for Dr. Margaret for seeing me at the very last second for a slight dental emergency. They were thoughtful, kind, and extremely efficient in their approach and helped put together an effective plan for any further treatment without pressuring me into spending money on things I wasn’t prepared to. Highly HIGHLY recommend this office!

My insurance changed and I had to find a new dental office. I found Smile Obsession with nice reviews and that made me come here. Dr. Rahman and the team were super nice and friendly. He thoroughly went deep detail on my teeth exam and listened to all concerns I had. I could feel that they really care about their clients. I highly recommend Smile Obsession.

Wow - just a great experience. Thank you Dr Rahman for explaining everything in such detail, confirming that I understood, checking multiple times if I had questions or needed anything, and advising me in the right direction. All of the staff went above and beyond to make a comfortable atmosphere. Would recommend Dr Rahman and this office to anyone!

Had my first visit at Smile Obsession with Dr. Rahman for a cleaning and it was the best dentist appointment I’ve ever had. Dr. Rahman was so through and walked through all the X-rays so I understood what I was looking at. He even took 4K pictures of my teeth so I could see what was really going on. The cleaning itself was painless and the entire staff was great to work with. Can’t recommend Dr. Rahman enough!

For the entitled and interestingly triggered response. A dentist office that stalks their patients social media It’s a perfect addition. So that your patrons can see the rather “off the alley” poor 2 star location and communication skills. No parking within several blocks and no suggestions for finding parking except for a $30 parking garage. Just cancelled. Looked for parking for almost 30 minutes after driving 30 minutes.This is their original response, had no issue repeatedly requesting my insurance coverage details and stalking my social media and editing their post !! So they have no problem reaching out to patients prior to their appointments - parking maps are beyond them.You are absolutely correct Anike, we dont have parking. Majority of our patients walk to our office or take public transporation or a taxi/uber. We are a privately owned dental office on the 5th floor in a downtown Chicago highrise. You made the appointment with our office and we set aside 1 hour for you and paid our staff to be there for you. We did not tell you to choose our office as you made your own appointment online. Based on all your one star reviews to local businesses, you have been to downtown many times so you should know the parking situation. You could have also called ahead of time before making the appointment to ask if this was a concern. Since paying for parking seems to be a major issue for you based on your other reviews, we recommend you do your own research before going to a business and blaming them for your ignorance.

I'm what some might called a "high maintenance" dental patient. I have serious trust issues when looking for a new dentist due to a bad experience years ago. So when I needed to find a local dentist to treat my tooth pain I spent FOUR HOURS (yes, you read that right) looking for a dentist that accepted my insurance who had good online reviews. I landed on Dr. Margaret Tulowiecka and I'm SO GLAD I found her. She did not try to upsell me or do any unnecessary work on my teeth. She was kind and listened and explained. I'm thrilled that I found a local dentist who I can trust. The staff was great too!

Not a great experience though the staff is very friendly. I noticed that even after having appointment I was made to wait for minimum 15-20 mins and when I went to show some issues with the tooth that was treated, I was made to sit in the dentist chair for more than 30 mins while they were taking care of other patient. I visited this place a year ago and the tooth filling that was done had to be redone this year. My insurance would not pay for the filling on same tooth again but I feel I wouldn’t have needed that if the treatment was done well in the first place. Also, I had sensitivity in the same tooth for a year and started only after the treatment.

The experience at Smile Obsession Chicago..25 E. Washington with Dr. Taimoor Rahman October 26, 2023 was well worth the go. Dr. Rahman is well informed with dentistry..and has high technology equipment in office. I was comfortable and put at ease with how he made me feel as a patient..his staff are professional and nice.. I think I made a wise choice with Dr. Rahman and Smile Obsession.

Wow, this was my first appointment ever with Smile Obsession and I am instantly a lifelong fan. After dozens and dozens of dental appointments, this stood out for SO many reason. Everything from Roxy greeting me with a smile, Maria shuttling me into the exam room immediately. They knew exactly who I was before even giving them my name. Dr. Margaret was great in that she used all their top-notch technology to make my cleaning quick, easy and painless, I’ve never had a dentist show me before and after pictures which helps reinforce where I need to do a better job brushing and flushing. I know people aren’t generally fond of going to the dentist but this was truly a great experience all around. In fact, I just made an appointment for get a very reasonably priced teeth whitening which Roxy scheduled me for just a week from now. Great job Dr. Viren for creating a place where it’s clear that the staff love working there and treat their patients with personal care, expertise and friendliness. I would give 10 stars if I could. Smile Obsession is the Nordstroms of dentistry!

If I could give 10 stars, I would! I wish I found Dr. Margaret sooner. I don’t have the best teeth, so have been a dental patient with multiple dentists ever since I was very little. The time she took to go over and explain everything made it the best dental visit I’ve ever had! Also, best compliments to the dental assistant who was very professional and gentle during my visit. I appreciate the attention to detail and the clear communication. I know exactly what needs to be addressed, how much it will all cost, etc. Highly recommend!
