Tooth fairy world was the only children’s dentist that supported my decision to not put my son to sleep for his dental issues. They were very patient in dealing with my son’s dental anxiety and now he can go without dreading it. I’m very pleased with the work he has done and I’m very glad he is serviced here. His dentist definitely has the magic touch with children and her staff have it as well. Highly recommended!

My visit had value the moment I sat in the chair. I was actually asked about what it was I wanted to have done why my visit happened in the first place and I actually feel like I was listening to and heard and their behaviors reflected what it was that I needed. I came in wanting to get my teeth cleaned usually they don't want to do that they want you to come back several times before they do it or something is very strange at other places but not here they understand that people come to the dentist to have their teeth cared for and have health care for your teeth and they really know what they're doing I felt like the assistant and the dentist were attentive and they knew what they were doing. My teeth were thoroughly cleaned and it was a very detail oriented visit I felt very happy about my visit and I'm looking forward to coming back for my next visit tomorrow me and my little one come for her visit so we love this place!

I took my niece in for a routine exam and cleaning. She needed an extraction of a baby tooth that was holding on for dear life. They did the exam, cleaning and the extraction without any issues. My niece was a bit scared but the doctor and assistant was very reassuring and super compassionate. Front desk ladies were very welcoming from start to finish. Thank you Tooth Fairy World!!!!

My son was a patient here for dentistry and orthodontia. He had an accident and chipped his two front teeth on a Friday evening. We called several dentist, leaving messages. ALL but Tooth Fairly World returned our call. They still have not returned our call 2 weeks later. Fortunately, we were able to find another dentist to take care of his teeth.For years we overlooked shady billing and bad customer service because we liked the dentist and she seemed to care about our kids. But if they cannot be bothered to call back their patients when they are in need of care, what are they good for?We are happily now with a new dentist.

The receptionist is so rude! My son and I arrived as new patients, she didn’t even look up at us. Told me “you can have a seat.” The doctor was too aggressive with my son’s cleaning and made his gums bleed badly. I asked her to stop immediately. He was in tremendous pain. We have never experienced this at any other dentists office since he was born. We will never return here.

My teeth look great after the treatment process and I am completely happy with the appearance.. Mary Lou the receptionist is amazing!!I will say that the they had me in braces for 6 years. Which it should have only taken 3 years based on what I was originally told.Throughout my 6 year process, I had to work with 2 orthopedic docs who had different treatment plans. It’s not the establishment’s fault, but I do believe that more staff are needed because they only have 1 orthopedic doc in the office and 2 receptionist. Also, the appointments tend to run overtime and they will have patients waiting for 25 plus minutes.Overall I would rate this place a C, since the receptionists are great and Mary Lou is amazing!

A bunch of uncouth, rude and grumpy receptionists. She definitely needs a psych consult of some sort or be on some med. Her incessant rudeness is a true reflection of the service u will eventually receive. I would have fired her in heartbeat if she was my employee. We took our orthodontic appointment elsewhere. Believe the negative reviews.

Dr. Vitiello has been caring for our children for over 10 years. She is kind, honest, and truly cares for her patients and their dental health. Our children started to see Dr. V at 2 years. Although the first few visits were met with a little fear, Dr. V has a pleasant "bedside manner," and was able to help put our children at ease. Now, they look forward to their 6 month cleanings. Dr. V cares deeply about teaching our children how to care for their teeth. She also prioritizes preventative care and resolving dental problems early. We have insurance that covers our children's care, but I know that her fees are fair and reasonable. It is a pleasure having Dr. Vitiello as our children's dentist.

I was just there today and my Family has been coming here for the past 10 years and the service has always been great. The reception staff is very helpful and knowledgeable and do a great job of running the front of the office. In the back of the office, Dr. Shafie does very good work and does it very efficiently. She also does a good job of training her dental assistants also. The dental assistants are knowledgeable and do a great job of assisting the patient and Dr. Shafie.
