There were several problems throughout my son’s time at west loop orthodontics for braces. The brackets constantly came off before the orthodontist used a stronger glue that stopped the issue. There is a cancellation policy that if you are 10 minutes late, the appointment is cancelled, but they have no problem making you wait 10-20 minutes to be seen once you arrive for an appointment. Parents are not allowed in the area where the children have their braces put on, adjusted, and removed and there is often little to no communication with the parent on how things are progressing. I recommend Chicago Pediatric Dentistry & Orthodontists where my other child had a much better experience and experienced none of these issues.
