I came to close gap in my lower teeth and went through two years of Alighners treatment and I’m very happy that I decided to go with this clinic. Dr. Arruda and Dr. Desai and the whole team were very sensitive to my needs and made sure that my smile is perfect. Before my treatment, I couldn't chew food properly due to my bite and I didn't like my smile. I made the mistake of not going to West Loop Ortho initially. Instead I just signed up at the closest Orthodontist to my apartment and it was a terrible experience. Eventually he kept aggressively pushing me to have jaw surgery along with some other extreme treatments such as gum grafting. I went to every orthodontist in Chicago for a consultation (about 12-13 in total) to get more opinions. All but 2 (west loop was one of them) said they couldn't help me without surgery. West Loop Ortho was the one I decided to go with and I'm very happy I did. They even offered to help me get money back from my first orthodontist after transferring. My Invisalign treatment is complete and I'm 100% satisfied with the result. I can chew properly and my smile looks great. The care and commitment they put into their work is better than anything else you will find in Chicago. Not only do they care about the aesthetic of your smile, they also care about the health of your teeth and bite long-term. If you choose West Loop Ortho, they will surpass your expectations by miles and you will have a great experience.

Great service! I'm very happy with the results. One dentist said I would need metal braces to correct my bite, West Loop gave me a second opinion and they were able to correct my bite with Invisalign. The process took about a year and a half, but the staff was very knowledgeable, accurate, quick, flexible and kind. I don't remember any pain or discomfort, the process was very easy and affordable.I highly recommend them and I have a beautiful smile that I am very happy with.

Im very happy so far with my orthodontic treatment. I relocated to Chicago and I completed Invisalign prior to arriving to Chicago. Unfortunately my old retainer broke and I came to WLO for consultation. It was very thorough consultation and found I needed further treatment. I’m very happy with Dr. Desai and my treatment plan. After every appointment I’m scheduled for follow up appointments at the front desk and they always accommodate my preferred time. I’m very grateful for the whole team including Edith and Dr Desai for helping bridge communication between myself and my oral surgeon. I don’t think I would get responses without them and I appreciate it

West Loop Orthodontics is great. They came highly recommended and I can see why! From the moment you enter the office, you have a clear understanding of the professionalism and type of care you are going to receive. All of the staff are lovely and are great to work with. The doctors do a great job of outlining your treatment and set expectations while having a great bed-side manner. Cannot say enough good things about this orthodontics office!!!

I don’t know where to start! For most of my adult life I was shy to smile as my teeth never looked good. Then, at night, I have started to grind my teeth and was waking up tired. Finally, I decided to do something about it and visited the WL Ortho. From the very first moment, I did fell in love with everyone there. And how could I not? For my first appointment I went with my newborn, and the staff carried my baby on their hands, when Dr. Desai was doing an assessment. Every visit and follow up was so well handled, professional and super safe during COVID. The doctors and their staff are excellent and their standards are absolutely superior. You don’t need to be a teenager to work on a beautiful smile. One of the best decision I have made.
