Dr. Pakravan and his staff are the real deal. From start to finish, they are always on top of things, super professional and friendly, and always so helpful, especially with a tight schedule like my own. The initial consult was seamless and offered me a clear vision of the treatment plan. I can’t wait for the big upcoming Braces Graduation! It’ll be a lot of mixed emotions getting these braces off, but so glad I came to the right place! Shoutout to Jackie and Liz at the front desk and Angelica at the chair! Best of the best!

Truly amazing. Dr Pakravan is awesome! He explains everything to me, the kids, made everyone comfortable. The staff is outstanding. Patient, thoughtful, respectful and just over all positive and kind. They work with your budget which is amazing! I have 3 kids so you can imagine how important that is to me. I wish I had this place for myself when I needed braces! Clean, modern, just awesome.

I have worked as a dental hygienist for 40 years and can tell when an office is run professionally.We have received the best, most professional care from the doctor, assistants and front desk personnel. I appreciate being able to go with my niece into the operatory for her adjustments. Everyone is very friendly and the expertise in their work is outstanding.

Place is definitely very well knowledgeable in what they do. The doctor knows what’s best, but what’s even more intriguing is the fact that their dental assistants make you feel secured as well! I had a GREAT experience with Angelica she insured that the recommendation was correct even suggested double the retainers (metal & plastic) which was VERY beneficial in the long run! Making appointments with Elizabeth without a hassle is a plus! Definitely would recommend if you’re looking for a place that will have you smiling from ear to ear!

I'm an adult that needed braces and had a bunch of baby teeth that never came out, with the adult teeth impacting them from inside the gums. Complicated case. I went to three other orthodontists for consultations and Windy City is the only one I liked. At all the others I felt like just a number and a possible yacht payment. But at Windy City I felt like they really took the time to go through my case, explore my options, and personalize my treatment plan. They were very patient and answered all of my questions thoroughly. I've been coming back for a few months for tightenings, and all of the staff is super awesome. Ashley at the front desk is very accommodating of my busy travel schedule and is very nice and friendly.Overall incredible experience, and I would highly recommend.

Update: 7/7/23ASHLEY at the front desk is AMAZING! I had some cavities and a root canal mid treatment, so I’m constantly coming back and forth needing brackets taken on and off to fix these issues… Ashley does literally everything in her negotiating power to get me in and out on a whim’s notice. Literally my superwoman. 💪🏼I’ve be a patient here for 10 months.. and the staff have been nothing but amazing. Very personable and quick (which is very helpful for my busy life).I was scared to get braces as an adult, but they made it so easy. I loved that I could pick my own down payment and monthly payments.

I could not speak more highly about Dr. Pakravan and his team! They are all extremely professional, responsive and kind. Dr.Pakravan took the time to explain the process and answer all my questions. My appointments never felt rushed and everyone was very friendly. If you’re looking for an orthodontist I highly recommend them! Best in the city hands down. So glad I found them and couldn’t be happier with the results.

I highly recommend Windy City orthodontics!! They were very kind and welcoming from the start which made me so comfortable with the whole process and made it easier to commit to braces again. Their facility is so clean, and high tech! I was really impressed with the fact that they provided me a mold of my teeth in case I lose my retainer to have another one made because let’s be honest, accidents happen and teeth shift quickly. They are also very understanding and accommodating for when accidents happen and I made every effort to minimize those. I also really appreciated how stress free they made my payment plan so all in all it was worth every penny! I would recommend this place to anyone. Shout out to Dr. Pakravan and his amazing staff/work family—THANK YOU.
