You’re not just “another patient” to them but they treat you as their family.Dr. Cruz always responded to me in a timely manner. He always takes the time to discuss and explain the process. I had several Invisalign consultations with orthodontists and dentists before going to Dr. Cruz. He was the last consultation I had, and I ultimately went with him. I am beyond happy with my decision.Dr. Cruz is so personable and attentive, and his staff is also great. Julie at the front desk is wonderful, Kara is pleasant and kind, and Yinzu has been so responsive on the Dental Monitoring app. Their team makes you feel welcomed and cared for.

Dr. Cruz and team has seen all 3 of my children and all 3 have perfect smiles. The team is wonderful to work with from the front desk to finance. My second child didn’t really need braces. It was more her preference to correct a few things and Dr. Cruz was very honest in saying she didn’t need to get it. Everyone is always so nice and accommodating. I would recommended everyone to this office!!!!

OK people, listen up!! this place is absolutely fantastic! Our daughter was 12 when we decided to get her braces… Of course, being the super picky parents that we tend to be, ok we searched high and low, scouring the Internet and reading reviews before coming across Dr. Cruz. Needless to say, from the first time we stepped foot in his office, everything has been perfect! His offices are immaculately clean every single time we go, everyone that works there is super friendly and Dr. Cruz is simply amazing! The level of care they provided for our daughter is hands-down the best. Her experience throughout the whole process was as perfect as it could get. Appointments were scheduled timely, they send text alerts to remind us of upcoming appointments And my daughter was comfortable at every visit. She never had any issues with her braces with brackets falling off or anything else that may come up with having braces. Her braces were put on in February 2020 right before Covid hit… The staff continued to abide by all measures necessary to keep the offices going with minimal disruption which was perfect because it did not delay her having to wear her braces longer than necessary. Today was her big day, the braces came off!! And to say that her teeth look perfect is a total understatement… They look fabulous!! Those babies are straight as an arrow… She could be a Colgate toothpaste supermodel! No joke! I can't stop staring at them!! But all kidding aside, this office does fantastic work and I would highly recommend them to anybody who is looking for a trustworthy orthodontist who provides the highest level of care to their patients…Dr. Cruz is great!!!

Dr Cruz is so kind and attentive. He takes his time to listen to our concerns and take notes on everything we say. My daughter has alot of anxiety around people however she is very comfortable with DrCruz and the whole staff. Everyone in the office is amazingly friendly. The only negative thing I would say is that I feel like sometimes we do have to wait quite a bit due to appointments are overbooked on some days but I guess that's just normal at any doctor's or dentists office, otherwise we love Dr Cruz and would recommend to anyone that needs braces.

We are blessed to have been referred to Dr Cruz. My son is in great hand. Everyone in the office is professional and courteous. You can easily see this is Dr Cruz passion. He takes his time to explain everything, you are never rushed and any and all questions are welcomed. His office feels like family, it truly does. They celebrate when someone has their braces removed. It’s very cute. He is the orthodontist to see, specially if your child is nervous about dental work.From my son: Whoa. Dr. Cruz is a cool guy! He’s really nice and pretty funny too. He is always open for questions about things.
