This place is the absolute worst place to go. my teeth needed alot of work which it was done but my front tooth bonding and filling fell out and because I rescheduled my appointment less than 24hours due to being in hospital with covid which I have proof they said they will not do my work and I'm dismissed from their office. Called many other places to see if they can fix it but no other locations want to touch work another dentist did and screwed up on. They won't even adjust my back partials that cut into my back gums for me. If your needing work don't go to this establishment they will let your teeth fall out before they help you.

My mom, who asked me to describe her situation since her English is not the strongest, has been going to Maestro smile since 2016. Her experiences have been ok, but recently she had an appointment with Dr.Ruggiere for the first time ever and was in shock with how terrible her appointment went and how incredibly rude this doctor was towards her.My mom recently got a tooth flipper done for her missing front tooth, which cost her $450, she asked them if this would be durable enough for it to last the next 7 months since she’s planning on getting a tooth implant, they stated that it should hold up. I mean paying $450 for one single tooth flipper you would imagine it would be pretty durable. Unfortunately, the flipper fell out of her mouth while she was talking and cracked. She went back into the office to see if there was a way to patch it up and the doctor stated that if she wanted it fixed she would have to pay an extra $350!! She wasn’t asking to get a new one, she just wanted the portion that cracked to get patched up. $350 to just get it fixed on top of the $450 originally payed is insane. My mom tried to reason with the doctor as best she could with her broken English, but he became too frustrated with having to make an effort to understand and yelled at her stating that the $450 flipper is not guaranteed to be durable and that he wasn’t gonna fix it unless she payed the extra $350. My mom not being able to communicate her frustration in English broke down into tears, which eventually caused some of the other staff to “feel bad enough” to tell my mom that they would try their best to fix it without having her pay.The fact that she had to brake down into tears to have that option given is not ok! She hasn’t had any problems with any other doctor or any other staff member at this facility before, but she’s extremely appalled by the behavior of Dr.Reggiere and the way the whole situation was handled.

This is absolutely the best Dental Practice I have ever had an experience with. From the administrative staff who greet you at the door and help with scheduling and administrative needs in a very timely and professional manner to the dental assistants who are just awesome to Dr. Ruggieri, who is the most caring, compassionate, competent dentist I have ever had. I just can't say enough about him as a person and medical professional. From top to bottom (and there is no bottom at Maestro Smiles) they are superstars....always sharing their pure, positive, power energy to all who walk through their door. Thank you Maestro Smiles!!

The most unprofessional place I have ever been to. My father and I had an appointment last week where they said they couldn’t take my father because we were late even though we arrived by the time they had written on the card. I switched my appointment with my father so he could get his work done. I decided to reschedule my appointment and the closest slot they had was for MARCH. I had another appointment with them today to get my wisdom teeth checked. I made sure to arrive early so they couldn’t use the late excuse again but the lady at the receptionist desk tells me that my appointment is for next week. I came home and checked the card they had given me and sure enough the appointment was for today. They blatantly lied to my face and just switched my appointment time without telling me. Needless to say that I will never be coming back here. I wish I could give this place a zero star review

Went to maestro smiles because 1 they were a baseball throw away from my house 2 they took my insurance, i have not been to a dentist in 35 years because of a bad experience, everyone has a story about dentists, dr. Ruggieri is the best dentist that i have ever met, encountered,he is a gentle man and took great care, he filled in a cavity and i swear by god i didn't feel a thing and it took less than 15 minutes. THE BEST DENTIST. I even shook his hand afterwards no lie

The ladies that work in this office, the two that sit to the side verifying your insurance, have a stank attitude!! Before making an appointment with this dental office, I called my insurance company and verified this office was within network. I then called this office to make my appointment, whomever I spoke with verified they took my insurance and gave me an appointment.I get there today, for my appointment, and the young lady at the front desk tells me they don’t take my insurance. I state they do, this was all verified over the phone with someone at that office. The young lady asks me to see the ladies on the side… they proceed to tell me again that they don't accept my insurance… and I again, state they do and the verification process I went through. (As if I’m making this up.. give me a break!!)So I decided to call my insurance while I’m there so the representative can confirm they are in their system and in fact take my insurance. I put my cell phone on speaker, the representative confirms the information but that wasn’t good enough for these two ladies…. The one lady (with the short hair) proceeds to ask the insurance representative “are you located outside the US”?…. the representative states yes.. and this lady at the dentist tells her, “can you transfer me to someone in the US”, looks at me and states.. “I need to be sure”…. Talk about being Racist!!!!!I waited a few minutes and decided I DO NOT LIKE THEIR ENERGY and don’t want to give them my business. I’ll find a different Dentist!!Check yourself Dental Clerk!!!I will NEVER recommend this office!!!

Although the dentist and the staff is amazing! The no show policy is NOT! I have a lower immune system and missed 1 appointment because I was sick and I tried to cancel the appointment by the text message method and I guess it didn’t work and the second time the appointment was made months prior and my phone was broken so I didn’t get the reminder and again I was severely sick with laryngitis so I got a letter saying I could no longer be a patient. As soon as I got the letter I called the office with almost no voice just to be told “my manager said that’s our policy sorry! I’m dissatisfied at all cost! Not helping o have severe anxiety so switching dentist is not gonna be easy! But it’s “their policy”

Dr. Noelle Signoriello is the best !! Dana Cooper the Office Manager is also wonderful. They both have gone above and beyond to help me personally. Dr. S is kind, very articulate, actually explains in detail an overview for a treatment plan as well as clear explanations each visit. She is very easy to work with, makes you feel comfortable, treats her assistants with respect. English is her first language and I personally appreciate that!!! I have been to several dentists, she's excellent and enjoys her work. Also, never any annoying conversations to be subjected to as you sit there getting work done and the dentist and her assistants work on you. Highly recommend!!! The office itself is fine.....clean, prompt appointments available, and reasonable staff. Never once have I seen an attitude with any of the staff there.

Didn’t even get the opportunity to meet with a doctor as I was turned away at the front desk for being 2 minutes past their strictly enforced grace period. Which, as luck would have it, is not mentioned anywhere on their website, on new patient paperwork, in their confirmation text messages or on the phone call with the receptionist that I had on Friday when I was confirming my appointment. Had this setup for months in advanced, and it seems that didn’t matter to them as there was no attempt to try to make the appointment work. Instead I was told I could get on the schedule for 3 months from now. If you plan of visiting this office just make sure nothing out of your control such as road closures and major accidents are along your route. I left with plenty of time to spare, (I live 15 minutes away but left 45 minutes ahead of my appointment time) but unfortunately ran into construction and a major accident which delayed my arrival. This won’t matter to the staff at maestro.

Dr Aryam Modesto is the worse dentist I've ever encountered. I had ZERO issues with my teeth prior to seeing her in May. At my appointment, she made me aware of two cavities and we made an appointment to fill them. The issue came after the fact... A month post filling my cavities, it hurt to eat on the left side. I went in for adjustments. Here it is September and it still hurts to eat on my left side. I go in again, she makes adjustments and asks me how it feels. I tell her I don't feel pain until I try to eat and that this didn't occur until AFTER she filled my cavities. She writes me a referral for a root canal. I ask her what's her reasoning and she said sometimes that's what it leads to. My opinion, she doesn't know what she's doing.I'm definitely going to see a different dentist. I wish I saw the previous reviews before I made an appointment here.Update 2/21Just saw a new dentist. Exam confirms that there is something underneath filling done by Dr Modesto. I now have to pay $80 to have it fixed.

Don’t have time to research every dentist around you?
