Words can’t describe how amazing the staff and doctors are at Farnsworth Orthodontics. After my consultation I felt very comfortable and confident that I had made the right choice going to Farnsworth. Latricia and Doctor Sorensen addressed all of my questions with patients and kindness. A few weeks later… due to a medical condition, I was no longer allegeable for surgery. This made things very difficult as I was supposed to have my wisdom teeth removed and my aligners had already been ordered with that expectation. Latricia and Dr. Sorensen went above and beyond to come up with a new plan for me, to re-order aligners (with the wisdom teeth), and Latricia sent emails and made several phone calls to their representatives, in order to see what could be done on the financial side of things. Understanding the sudden change was through no fault of my own, she worked hard and came through for me. Though she certainly didn’t have to... I can honestly say I have never seen better staff, customer service, communication, or care given in another establishment as I have seen at Farnsworth.

We’re a military family so when I was searching for an orthodontist for our oldest child I really didn’t know where to go. I googled and took a chance on Farnsworth and it was definitely the right choice! Right from the beginning we were made to feel welcome and at home. Everyone is so nice and Latricia and I got along right away, like old friends. Dr. Sorensen has made the whole process as painless as possible for our son. Our time here at Cannon is coming to an end and our last visit was today. It was bittersweet and we’ll definitely miss everyone there. Our son’s journey with braces isn’t quite over yet, but Dr. Sorensen and everyone at Farnsworth has gotten him to the best place he can be at before we leave. I only wish we could’ve finished it out here. I’ll always recommend Farnsworth to anyone in this area. They’ve been so good to us.

Wow is the most I can say about this orthodontist office!!!!! Our experience was definitely one of a kind! We met this love office after my husbands new job, this was a blessing because the state insurance was not going to help. Unfortunately after about a quarter of the time frame expected for the braces my husband did the unthinkable and took his own life on a day we were here at the office………this company not only gave us the time need to try to heal but they also lovingly welcomed us back and helped us to continue this blessing with a great end!! Today is the day my son gets his braces off and a new chapter begins, much more then an orthodontist office here people!!!! So much more!! My heart has learned so much from these B-E-A-utiful people!! Thank you will never be enough, but THANK YOU 💖💗💓
