Words can’t describe how amazing the staff and doctors are at Farnsworth Orthodontics. After my consultation I felt very comfortable and confident that I had made the right choice going to Farnsworth. Latricia and Doctor Sorensen addressed all of my questions with patients and kindness. A few weeks later… due to a medical condition, I was no longer allegeable for surgery. This made things very difficult as I was supposed to have my wisdom teeth removed and my aligners had already been ordered with that expectation. Latricia and Dr. Sorensen went above and beyond to come up with a new plan for me, to re-order aligners (with the wisdom teeth), and Latricia sent emails and made several phone calls to their representatives, in order to see what could be done on the financial side of things. Understanding the sudden change was through no fault of my own, she worked hard and came through for me. Though she certainly didn’t have to... I can honestly say I have never seen better staff, customer service, communication, or care given in another establishment as I have seen at Farnsworth.

We’re a military family so when I was searching for an orthodontist for our oldest child I really didn’t know where to go. I googled and took a chance on Farnsworth and it was definitely the right choice! Right from the beginning we were made to feel welcome and at home. Everyone is so nice and Latricia and I got along right away, like old friends. Dr. Sorensen has made the whole process as painless as possible for our son. Our time here at Cannon is coming to an end and our last visit was today. It was bittersweet and we’ll definitely miss everyone there. Our son’s journey with braces isn’t quite over yet, but Dr. Sorensen and everyone at Farnsworth has gotten him to the best place he can be at before we leave. I only wish we could’ve finished it out here. I’ll always recommend Farnsworth to anyone in this area. They’ve been so good to us.

We had such a wonderful experience at Farnsworth Orthodontics! From the moment we walked in, I felt welcomed into a caring and clean atmosphere. Dr. Sorensen was amazing and discovered what my son was dealing with immediately. He didn't push treatment but laid all the options out so clearly. Ms. Latricia Sanchez talked it over with us and she was tremendous. She was so reassuring to my son and made sure he felt at ease and confident. The whole experience made me want to go forward with the option to start treatment at their office. I wish I could remember everyone's names but, suffice to say, they were all amazing! Thank you so much!

I was recommended to Farnsworth by Plains dental for my oldest son. I was immediately blown away by the kindness and professionalism everyone displayed while still having fun and making it an enjoyable experience for my son. There was a questionnaire I filled out the day prior with some of my sons interests and they were brought up organically during the appointment and made him feel comfortable. They were extremely detailed in their approach for treatment, showed videos and I didn't feel like I was being rushed out of the office.Also, Definitely do the "straighten things" homage shirts we briefly talked about ahah we also loved the Santa Cruz type sticker with the Farnsworth ortho logo at the desk The boys loved the ice cream at the end of the appointment. All such small details that stuck with me and made me feel at home in a place I would normally feel out of place. Highly recommend!

Wow is the most I can say about this orthodontist office!!!!! Our experience was definitely one of a kind! We met this love office after my husbands new job, this was a blessing because the state insurance was not going to help. Unfortunately after about a quarter of the time frame expected for the braces my husband did the unthinkable and took his own life on a day we were here at the office………this company not only gave us the time need to try to heal but they also lovingly welcomed us back and helped us to continue this blessing with a great end!! Today is the day my son gets his braces off and a new chapter begins, much more then an orthodontist office here people!!!! So much more!! My heart has learned so much from these B-E-A-utiful people!! Thank you will never be enough, but THANK YOU 💖💗💓

We went in for a consultation after visiting another place and I knew right away my daughter would receive quality treatment at Farnsworth Orthodontics. We were treated with kindness since day one. The staff is always friendly, polite, and helpful and the place is clean and inviting. We have been very pleased with my daughter’s progress. Sadly, she will not be finishing her treatment here due to us moving. I only hope we can find a place where we will receive the same service as we did at Farnsworth.

We went for a consultation for two of our children, and not only did the entire office make the kids feel comfortable they made me feel comfortable. They explained the entire treatment plan, and made sure we understood everything. Their recommendations were honest, and delivered with the utmost kindness. It is clear they genuinely care about their patients and giving the best care they can!

This is truly a great place for orthodontic care! I went to a different place prior to coming here and felt very unhappy with the plan they wanted for my son. When I told them I had concerns about their plan, the appointment went south. I happened to find Farnsworth Orthodontics by accident. Coming here I shared my concerns and they were very understanding and worked with me to develop a plan that would work best for my son and give him the best possible outcome! They have been absolutely wonderful with my son’s care and I must say, he has been smiling a whole lot more! Absolutely wonderful and friendly group! I’m so glad I stumbled across this place!

This office has the friendliest staff I have ever had the chance to deal with. They're all very polite, helpful, and explain everything to you every step of the way. Not to mention the work they do is just simply amazing. Thanks to them my daughter Zoey has the most beautiful smile now and my son Braedyn is on his way to a beautiful smile as well ❤

Waited in the waiting room for 45 minutes (after our appointment was supposed to start), then we were moved back to a consultation room where we waited another 45 minutes before the orthodontist even came in. They suggested some pretty radical things with little explanation and were rather impersonal.My time is valuable and I didn't like the feeling that I was just another stack of money so we went to Sparkman for a second opinion. Pricing was almost identical (so that's not a valid reason for choosing one over the other). Only waited in the waiting room for about 20 minutes and then we were taken into their consultation room where the orthodontist came in immediately after to discuss options. We left with a complete, detailed treatment plan and even background information on the orthodontists there.A few days later, my son (the patient) got a letter (with bits of handwritten extras from the staff) from Sparkman thanking us for coming in and assuring him that he would do great. It's nice to be more than just money and for people to take the time to appreciate that.Needless to say we're going with Sparkman.
