Dr Schroeder and his team are the best of the best! They made my orthodontic journey comfortable, easy and even fun! From the initial visit to insurance benefit/discussions to the rollout of my orthodontic plan, I was at ease and provided clear information. Dr Schroeder and his staff are very professional while also providing a comfortable environment. There are two locations providing great time and travel options. The set up of the office is next level! But more importantly, the care and service I have received has been top-notch. Hats off to an awesome orthodontic team!

The family is a repeated customer of Dr. Schroeder who not only is an excellent orthodontist, but he knows all his patients and personally oversees the treatment. He works with up-to-date technology, and offers very competitive prices. He has two modern, comfortable facilities and the service is excellent.After taking my kids I went for my treatment and do not have any complain. He came up with a comprehensive plan to correct my issues and were able to explain everything to me in a way that I understood and was comfortable with. Dr. Schroeder is absolutely amazing! After visiting three orthodontist offices and talking with them about Invisalign as well as my other options I decided he was clearly the best orthodontist for the job! He is extremely thorough and has decades of experience! I am personally in the medical field and work with many doctors daily and I could tell right away that Dr. Schroeder is clearly brilliant. He had a solid plan and he was the only orthodontist that mentioned I should see a periodontist before the Invisalign for my gum recession which was clearly the best decision for me. I am extremely thankful that I found him. For those of you concerned about pricing, he is comparable to all the other orthos in the area and his experience/knowledge clearly outshines all of them. You get what you pay for and for me he is worth every penny and more. I have 8 weeks left with Invisalign and my outcome is absolutely life changing. I can’t wait to see the finishing touches! I’ve been to the Southlake and Colleyville locations, and both are beautiful, clean and inviting. Dr. Schroeder is passionate about his work and it is evident that he uses the most cutting edge technology. The staff is friendly, professional, patient, and best of all they stay on time. I am a Family Physician in the area and needed orthodontic care, hopefully something that wouldn’t interfere with my busy schedule. Dr Schroeder had treated two of my daughters and was highly recommended as a provider of Invisalign aligners. Dr Schroeder has a system that after the initial appointment, x-rays, and pickup of my aligners, allowed me to use my cell phone with his equipment and the dental monitoring app to scan my teeth and monitor my progress under his supervision remotely. I did not have to miss work, follow ups when needed were quick and easy, Dr. Schroeder and his staff were friendly, personable, and professional! My outcome was excellent, the crowding has resolved and I am set for good dental health from here forward! I give them my highest recommendation and a big Thank You!!!

The office staff were so nice and informative. Everything was very clean and neat and organized. The process was easy and well organized and timely. We were able to ask as many questions as we needed to and Dr.Schroeder was VERY knowledgeable. Very pleasant orthodontist. We are very excited to get started on my step daughters plan of treatment. It will be way easier than expected and very affordable! We are 100% satisfied and so happy we found Dr.Schroeder and his crew!

The office has been great. Had two kids go through the braces process. The issue I have had with the practice has to do with billing. I ended up being charged $1800 more after I had paid in full. Their billing department was transitioning over from an outsourced company to internal. During the outsource I was told that an $900 bill was an error and that it would be taken care of. The office checked my insurance and gave me the numbers, I paid in full for for both kid's first phases. When we went back to do my daugher's second phase, I had told the person signing us up about the whole issue and she said not to worry. I made her swear that I wasn't going to get another $900 bill for this new round, she was 100% positive and I paid in full again. I kid you not, I ended up with another $900 bill! Something was off with Ortho-Fi and the office and my insurance. I was told it was taken care of after getting a letter from Ortho-Fi. Then, about 6 months later I started getting letters again. I dealt with the office several times being told it would be taken care of, including that no matter what "Dr. Schroeder won't make you pay". Then, after the letters stopped again and restarted, I went into the office. I met with the new billing manager and she basically told me that I had to pay. That nothing anyone had said mattered. She was extremely rude and condescending. After dealing with this over and over and getting several letters threatening to mark my credit, I paid. We ended up not using them for my son's second phase, too worried about billing issues. I have no idea how to tell you that what you're told to pay will be accurate and not change after you start treatment. Good luck!
