Absolutely love everyone here! They all are very supportive and nice and extremely helpful. Through out the 2 years I had my braces it was one heck of a journey but they made it super easy. Defiantly recommend everyone to this place is helpful and only want the best for you and your pearly whites! Come and get an appointment and get your journey to beautiful teeth started!

I became a patient at Bankhead Orthodontics Specialist back in 2015. Since the first day I walked in their office, the level of professionalism was top notch. The fact that every member of the staff greets you by name each visit shows that they genuinely care about their patients. They are also very accomadating in the event that you may need an emergency visit. I was very pleased with the experience I had here. I have a daughter and if she needs braces in the future, we will be using Bankhead Orthodontics and I highly recommend them to anyone.

All three of my son's have been patients off this office. We have had a wonderful 10 year stretch at this office. It is great when your kids look forward to going to the orthodontist! I love all the everyone who works there. It is not unordinary for me to have a great conversation with Jamie while I wait. I like that no one minds if you go back and check on their progress as Dr. Jeff is working with my kids. Wonderful 3xperiences!!!

Myself and my 3 children have all used Bankhead ortho and more specifically, we had Dr Jeff. Everyone in the office is extremely professional and kind. When we are all finished there, I’m going to feel like I’m not seeing family anymore. All of the assistants are excellent and Jamie runs that office amazingly. All I can say about this place is you’ll never be disappointed. I say that as in this is the best place to go for braces. Every one that works there is amazing. Jamie is fantastic at the front desk. She’s super polite and friendly. Dr. Jeff is the best orthodontist I’ve ever met. I’ve never been disappointed with my visit here. This place is so great it breaks the scale. I give this place a 6/5 it’s that great. I wouldn’t go anywhere else!

Before I went in to get my teeth worked on I was nervous as ever. I went in and right when I walked in the door I was met with nice,smiling people who only thought about you and if everything was good for you. I would recommend anyone that need there teeth to be worked on to go here. I started out with some messed up teeth but now I’ve got straight white teeth that people notice all the time. Not only is it just that my teeth look good it gives me the confidence to actually smile without worrying about my teeth looking bad! So for anyone who needs braces or anything of the sort, go there!

I've worked with Dr. Lenius and the other orthodontists in this group for four years. As an oral surgeon I get the chance to work with a lot of dentists and dental specialists and am in a unique position to compare and evaluate their services. I'm always excited to see referrals from this office as they are always well thought out, accurately diagnosed and inline with the current standard of care. Having had orthodontics myself from them (as well as my daughter) I can also say that they are genuinely nice, honest, and have facilities and staff that are comfortable and welcoming.

This is a great group of people , the staff are really nice and professional and they treat you really well and the Drs are great and they really care about their patients ! I love my smile , they are wonderful and I highly recommend them to anyone that needs orthodontic treatment ! You won't regret it ! Love love love this office at Columbia / Waterloo Orthodontics !

The Bankhead Orthodontics team is absolutely amazing! Having straight teeth has been something I have wanted for a long time and this team exceeded my expectations. I can honestly say that every appointment I went to every person in that office had a smile on their face. I was always treated professionally and politely. My opinion always mattered when it came to my treatment and if I had an issue with something they always made me feel comfortable enough to ask and reassured a way to fix the problem. Thank you Bankhead Orthodontics for surpassing my expectations and for being such an amazing staff! Highly recommended. :)

I could not give higher recommendations for Bankhead Orthodontics in Columbia if I wanted to. I have recently completed my treatment and have Dr. Jeff and the entire office staff to thank. They thoroughly explained the process and walked me through the steps each visit I attended. Everyone from Tessa who got me started, Jamie at the front desk making the appointments fit my schedule easily, to Haley and Sarah taking pictures, working on my teeth, gluing attachments, and finally Dr. Jeff making my mouth transform seamlessly and beautifully. I wanted to get my orthodontic treatment completed before my own children. I will not take my children to any other orthodontist. Thank you Bankhead Ortho!
