I was in Columbia for a work conference, when I began to experience terrible pain in my mouth. I was so happy to get a quick appointment at Columbia Smiles. I could not have been treated better, quicker, and with more kindness than I was here. They immediately identified the problem, explained it to me, and provided a course of treatment for the pain until i can fix the underlying problem. The entire staff was amazing and kind, thanks you all so much! Highly recommend if you need a dentist.

By far the best dentist experience I’ve had. Dr Nick is incredibly knowledgeable, talented, and clearly values his patients, his staff, and his craft. The entire staff is so sweet and makes going to the dentist feel like *not* the worst part of my day. After many terrible (and some traumatizing) experiences with other dental offices, I finally found one I love and trust, with an upscale vibe, fair prices, and an absolutely impeccable staff. I would give this office 100 stars if I could! I have been to MANY dentist and never have I had such an awesome experience!! Dr. Nick and his staff go ABOVE and BEYOND for their patients! They are so knowledgeable and they actually care about your dental health! I have high anxiety with dentist due to my history but not anymore at Columbia smiles! I actually look forward to my appointments now! 100% recommend!!

Great experience with Dr. Nick. He knows what he is doing. I just changed from another clinic to this because of a bad dental crown which just installed for one month. Dr. Nick removed the old crown and fix the cavities adjacent to the crown which the previous clinic failed to find out and fix. Nurse Jessica is caring and all smiling. Really good experience.

I’ve been going to Columbia Smiles since I moved to Columbia in 2021. Dr. Nick, Pam, and the rest of his awesome team are incredibly friendly, efficient, and understanding! They go above and beyond to make sure all your concerns are addressed and you leave feeling that you got the most out of your visit. I will continue to use them for as long as I am in COLA and hope you will too!

For someone with a lot of dental trauma, I couldn’t have asked for a better dentist! It’s been a few years since I’ve come to the dentist. I came in for a repair on my porcelain crown that chipped on the back, and a repair on my permanent retainer on my lower teeth. Dr.Hill and his assistant Jessica were so incredibly sweet and funny and kept me laughing the whole time. The mood was so light and upbeat from the start. I easily applied for CareCredit and used it for my visit, not that it was even that expensive. As nervous as dental work makes me, I know I am in good hands here. Very happy I found my new place.

I had an appointment today. Beginning to end was excellence! I was greeted by name on entrance. I was taken to the back at my appointment time. A review was done of what I was to expect for dental work requested. The process could start at my expected date. I was asked if there were any questions I had. I was pleased to say the least. Dr Nick and his staff treat you as if they are sitting where you are. Two thumbs up.,You all are a 5 star office!!!

Dr. Nick, Mrs. Pournaras, and the entire Columbia Smiles staff are far and away the best team for dental work in the Midlands. I have been coming here close to a decade, and have never had anything short of an awesome experience every single visit. These folks go over and beyond in every single service they provide.
