My daughter was under Dr Jesse’s care for 6 years. He and his team were with us each step, and it truly was a journey. Here we are on the other side, braces removed! My daughter’s face when she saw her teeth for the first time was priceless!! Dr Jesse and the team truly go above and beyond. Make you feel at ease, welcome, and known! You don’t get that everywhere, and we’re truly thankful for all of them!! Thank you Carmen Orthodontics!

I came in today after going to 3 different orthopedics locations with hopes that I could get started with investing in my smile. What I received was ABOVE & BEYOND!!! EVERYONE was GREAT! Great energy, great personalities, willing to assist without questions and everyone was SMILING!! I felt pretty please all the way thru! At the end when I saw the doctor & met Andrea oh MY TEARS CAME TO MY EYES!! They offered me the BEST treatment plan for my smile & THE BEST payment plans, time length!!! I am sooo excited & soooo happy I made it to Carmen Orthopedics! If your looking to invest in your smile with GREAT SERVICES I give them a 5 star rating!!!

I had my upper braces put on by Riley today at the Canal Winchester office. She explained everything she was going to do before she actually put them on. When she put them on I was surprised how little I felt and how quickly she got it done. I had a little panic attack beforehand and Riley was very caring and gave me some time. The person that was shadowing Riley talked to me for a few minutes and she was very sweet and made me feel more calm. My whole experience today was great.Tina Cassell

Dr. Jesse was an amazing orthodontist. He was up front and honest on everything. I had a very complicated case that could had needed oral surgery to fix; he was able to avoid it entirely and avoid tooth extractions.The staff was great and answered any questions I had.Haylee was a great hygienist and very friendly.I can't recommend their office enough!

I went through braces for my first time as an adult. While I am a bit of a wuss, and did not enjoy the process at all, I had amazing results. I truly did not think my teeth would ever be this straight, especially with the number of crowns I have and even an implant. Totally worth the cost, worth the inability to eat popcorn and gummies, and worth the drive. Thank you!

So happy with how my Invisalign turned out. As someone who struggles with dental procedure anxiety, everyone was very kind and accommodating. The entire staff from the front desk, to the technicians and doctors are all super friendly, caring and knowledgeable. Dr. Jesse is sure to put a smile on your face and put you at ease with his fun, energetic personality. Thank you Dr. Jesse and the whole Carmen Orthodontics team for perfecting my smile! The office is very clean and comfortable with lots of TVs - and whoever selects the music has excellent taste. All around top tier experience.

My son and I were both patients of Carmen Orthodontics for about 6 months up until we relocated.Things to consider:- They don’t have an online payment option or even an online platform to view your account balance/information.- They don’t respond to their info@carmen email or texts frequently, if at all, so if you have a question you better call.Unfortunately, I work in a brick building with no service so by the time I leave the office is closed so communicating is extremely hard.- If you place a records request or are expecting a refund from the office, expect it to take time (still waiting)- They are very welcoming and they make the process smooth and simple- The clinic is actively involved in the community which is great to see!- The prices seem to be fair- They are quick to schedule your appointments and quick to apply braces after your initial appointment.- They have multiple convenient locationsOverall, I would recommend the clinic and I’m sure one day care outside of physical care (I.e. online payments, customer service/communication) will be up to par - they seem to constantly be training/learning.

I suffered from TMJ for 12 years until I met Dr. Carmen. I had been to 8 dentists and specialists, and spent thousands of dollars on splints, night guards and other equipment. He was the first doctor to educate me on TMJ and the cause behind this vicious disorder. He had a clear plan as to how he could help decrease my pain and was able to give me relief within a few days of wearing my splits. It was amazing. I went from being in pain constantly and headaches most days to feeling great. I followed his plan and also had to have braces. I got them off a month ago and this is the best I have felt since I was a kid!! My teeth are perfect, my jaw is aligned where it needs to be and I'm pain free. I can't thank Dr. Carmen, Dr. Jesse and his wonderful staff enough. They were great about scheduling, fielding my questions during treatment and genuine people. If you suffer from TMJ at the very least get an appointment and see if they can offer you relief.*6 year update, I still continue to have little to no pain with my TMJ. So thankful for this practice and team of staff. I’ve maintained my straightened teeth with retainers and my nightly mouth guard. Kathleen has been incredibly helpful these last few times I’ve needed my mouth guard replaced. She went out of her way to speak to me and even ordered a special material for new guard after the one they made wasn’t working for me. Although I’m not in pain I still clench at night and this practice has continued to provide excellent care even years after my braces have been off. Highly recommend Dr Carmen and staff!! My name is Khalil Shakhpandarov and I just got done with my Invisalign treatment here at Carmen Orthodontics. I just want to start off by saying that I am beyond satisfied with my results. Dr. Jesse and his staff did an incredible job at making sure I had a comfortable and memorable experience at their office. Whenever I needed assistance/help over the phone, their response time never failed to satisfy me. If I could do Invisalign all over again at Carmen Orthodontics, I would with no hesitation.

I love Dr.Carmen!! When I came to his office for my consultation he loved my original smile but informed me if I was to go anywhere else they would've had to pull at least 4 teeth to start my treatment. He didn't! I was able to get treated surgery free, and with my preference of invisalign. Although it took work, and rounds of trial and era, Dr.Carmen was able to give me a perfect smile throughout my invisalign treatment in about 2 years as promised! He was destined to make sure my process was successful, and that I was determined and diligent enough to get the job done. I am now finished with treatment and I love my smile! I would recommend this office to anyone wanting to invest in their smile!
