Long wait. Our appointment was for 11 am, we arrived early but they did not start the wisdom extraction until after noon. I understand getting behind schedule but nobody communicated to let us know anything.Staff/dentist staff were nice.

DO NOT USE/BEWARE. Initially went in to get a dentures plan and was told by the staff that it would be $2600.00 on the 19th of Sept., then it increased to $4,241.00 on the 25th of Sept. then the day before the procedure we are told that insurance is not covering it they need to file with the medical insurance. We were already charged for the temporary and told that they would be in so that my husband wouldn't be without teeth. Now we are told that they knew for weeks that the impression was bad and did not call him to reschedule. The day before the procedure we are now trying to deal with this. We have asked for the dentist/owner to call us since 09.19.23 and to date not one call back.

Real rating: 👎🏾👎🏾👎🏾👎🏾👎🏾.I have gone back 3 times for Dentist Hilton to fix my fillings that he put in for me. After the last time of “getting it fixed”, I still voiced to him that there was pain when I bite, but he told me to give it 3 days and come back if it’s still not right. I have NEVER had to go back to the dentist after the first time of getting a filling and honestly it’s tiring and I feel like that should be one of the easiest jobs since it’s so common for patients to get. Some teeth I can’t even floss through because it tears the floss in half STILL! I still can’t eat on the right side of my mouth after two weeks due to the job I got. I had no teeth pain prior to my appointment with him- just a regular check up and now I regret even getting that done. I can still see cavities on the left side of my mouth too. Honestly, I am completely over going back to Family Smiles in Commerce.Edit: After my FIFTH attempt to get my fillings corrected, Dentist Hilton took it upon himself to have his DENTAL ASSISTANT Tiffany to call me to inform me that there is no dysfunctions with my fillings and that they are transferring me to another location for them to fix it. But here’s the best part… they couldn’t tell me where I was being referred to. I have to wait to get the letter in the MAIL. Hilton CLEARLY does not uphold his word with his patients and if he messes up your mouth he will not fix it. He will also pass his dirty work over to his DA instead of him being a man and handle it himself. He will charge your insurance for every attempt to correct his wrongs, and if he can’t figure out what he did wrong he will throw you to the wolves. NEVER GO HERE! I 1000% regret scheduling a CLEANING with them. I went in with absolutely no teeth pain and now I haven’t been able to eat on the right side of my mouth for a month and it’ll be longer if I have to wait for a letter in the mail, and get scheduled before the holidays.

Asked me to get there early, to ensure paperwork was filled out, and then I waited almost 2 hours for X-rays, yearly check up, and teeth cleaning.Didn’t seem that busy of a day either…Suggestion: keep folks informed of their wait time(s). That’ll go a long way with your paying customers. Other than that, happy with the dental work.

I had the honor of meeting Dr. Hilton today, his first day on the job at your Commerce location. WOW is all I can say! I told him right away that I was nervous about root canal after having a bad experience in the past. ( not from this location). He took time to speak to me and put me at ease, and put me at ease he did! What a wonderful team you have since adding Dr. Hilton!Overall I was very pleased with my visit. All the staff were helpful and accommodating during my visit. I willNot think twice to come back and already schedule another appointment just because I feel I found my dentist!Thank you so much Dr.Hilton, it was a real pleasure not only because you did an outstanding root canal but it was wonderful getting to know you as well!Sincerely,Shirley Richardson ( aka retired AAFES)

I have decided to edit my review...It seems the office staffed is not Trained For Basic Office Etiquette.Been trying to get My receipts emailed me to me bc my flex card is lockedThis is the 3rd week spoke sevetal ppl all who they can't do it....And Miriam hasn't contacted me not once during this processThe poorest customer service I've EVER RECEIVED WOULD NO LONGER RECOMMEND THIS OFFICE that seems to Be Totally Incompetent ??Everyone Needs Retrained1 star ?!

This office has significantly improved over the last few years. Dr. Lovejoy was just incredible with my two toddlers. He explained everything really well and allowed them time to adjust and see everything he was doing. Both girls were happy and enjoyed their first trip to the dentist! Staff was great too! Thank you Andy, Christine, Kailee and Rosa!

Excellent service! I broke a tooth and they were willing to get me in right then. Very professional and friendly staff right from the front desk with Adrian all the way back and out. I was super pleased with the work they did on the tooth for a very affordable price. It went from a silver filling broken off at the back tooth to a shiny white perfectly brand new looking molar filling and no cap. I've been to five dentists in a lifetime and I think these guys are the best.

Have always been a bit anxious about going to the dentist. Kept me away from getting my teeth worked on for a long time. The dentists and staff here were fantastic.I've been coming for several years now. Fantastic people here.

You guys made an appointment on the 6th September to replace a cap on my grandson's tooth and to do a cleaning and put some spacers in, we took our grandson out of school for this appointment and nobody was there to put the cap on and nobody was there to put the spacers in his teeth all you did was a tooth cleaning, we have more things to do than running back and forth to the dentist, this was a total wasted trip, and now we got to go back again few people need to get it together, this was the second trip over the same if you win nothing was done
