this places is amazing and have kind workers and i really like the environment and it’s pretty affordable. the only reason why i didn’t give it a 5 is because most of the workers 3 out of 5 of them speak english and the rest that are working on your teeth for braces i don’t know what else they do but they don’t speak english and when you have questions or if they burn you on accident with the heat light and you talking to them they don’t understand. they don’t understand not 1 peace of english . i don’t like that i like to talk to my doctors and them telling me the process. the thats the main thing i see people not talking about but everything else is wonderful it’s just hard to communicate with people that’s working on your teeth and they speak no english like how am i supposed to know if they are not messing up my teeth or not. i know a person check after but still. i like to communicate with my doctors on what’s going on especially if your working on my teeth other then that this place is good and kind especially the lady in the front desk we love her and the short lady with short black hair.

Friendly, nice, and very knowledgeable staff !4 months going into 5 months of my treatment I’m already seeing progress with my teeth.Highly recommended

Long story: I started smile Clinic March 2022. My oldest daughter started about 6 months later. My daughter had her 1st child the end of August. She is being charged for not coming in because she had a baby. She missed 3 maintenance that were NEVER scheduled (go figure) Number 1 she almost lost her life because she bled out over 2 liters of blood. So. She was giving iron and blood transfusions. How do you come to an appointment and sit around people after having a baby. She was on maternity from her job for over 3 months. Then, i brought my baby daughter to them because her grandmother was going to gift her braces for Christmas. She gave me $300 in cash and I took her to her FREE consultation and they said in order for the braces to go on I'd have to pay $490. So, I said ok. I left the $300 with the Doctor and told her that next Friday, I'd be back with $190 after I let her grandmother know. The DOCTOR said it was fine. I went a week later because my daughter had got in trouble and said hey, I'm not going to get braces for her because she got in trouble. I need the $300 back. The doctor told me no, she could not refund me and I had to email their corporate office in which I did. I did not understand it because my daughter never received the services, never got braces put on so how could you not give the money back. OK, so I emailed as told and briefly explained everything and they never responded. I called and spoke to Thai and I let her know that I'd have to take them to small claims court because they are basically stealing money at this point. Thai called me back and said they won't refund you so THEY DECIDED to put the money on tour account. I said absolutely not. You can't put money on my account when the money I left was for my child. Well she said they did and said they told her I would not win in court because on such and such line it says no refunds. So, I called my daughter grandmother and told her what happened and she said then they have to put the braces on my grandchild and they can't just take money and not give service. I called just now and spoke to Thai. And she said for me to email again and I said I find it very funny that I keep emailing and no one is responding back to my emails but when I call she always has the answers they gave to her. How unprofessional. So, I said Thai why should I keep emailing and they are responding only back to you. So, she said you know what, you're right I want to stay out the middle and she just kept saying Sue them, if I was you I'd just sue them because I want nothing to do with it. WOW!! Don't get me wrong, they are some lovely women in the office but this is so uncalled for. Like I never seen anything like this in my life. And what corporate office never respond to emails. So, I'll just call BBB and do whatever I have to do at this point

In every consultation, they don't leave me with any doubts and always explain to me what the next step will be. Highly recommended for anyone looking for high-level orthodontic treatment.

This office plays games with people and the amounts and pays for positive reviews that aren’t true and delete negative ones.make sure you ask for the contract in writing showing the total amount.They also change the price multiple times during the treatment, another person very poorly as a business this is a shame.The lady doing the braces is not even licensed Dentist here but in her country but acts like the dentist of the office which be reported. Do your research they have also adjusted my friends treatment payment plan 3 times and every time he goes in they nickel and dime the pricing for other amounts so they make up the monthly amount that they make you believe is such a bargain!
