Cool Smiles Ortho office is the Best!!!! There always professional, kind and very friendly. Even if I miss an appt and have to reschedule, their very easy to communicate with. As long as I’m on time, I get in and get out. All the dental staff are Amazing and make you feel very welcoming. I have one child left that will needs braces after me, and I know he’ll be in good hands!!!😍

From the warm welcome when you walk in the door to the ease and making sure your appointment for next time works best for you Cool Smiles Orthodontics went above and beyond in every way!We were seen with in 10 minutes of walking through the door and checking in, every nurse has a smile on their face and the kids all seem to love them!We went in for a consultation for our daughter not really knowing much about anything, but ended up starting her first phase of braces the same day. We left with a full understanding of things and felt confident putting our daughters smile in their hands!

I usually love the customer service here but today my family was treated rudely by one of the girls in the front. If you’re not in a good mood then don’t take it out on your clients. If you don’t like your job, then quit. Acting and being annoyed does not make us happy about talking to you about our services and questions. The orthodontists are amazing but today’s front desk customer service was rude.

I had a consultation with a different orthodontist. They were helpful and friendly but I had some hesitation. A coworker recommended Dr. Simjee as she was returning with her 4th child to receive treatment from him. She gave rave reviews about all of her experiences at the Corona office. I went in for a consultation and understood what my coworker was raving about. I'm glad I went in for a second opinion. Everyone has been informative, professional, and friendly.
