This morning I was attended to with exceptional customer service skills in the front! It’s the first place my nerves were eased. Very helpful staff from the front office to the operational room with the anesthesiologist and Dr.Gomez. If you’re looking for a place for extractions, look no farther! I’m in the recovery process and they’ve been helpful every step of the way.

They were recommended to me two years ago by my dentist when I needed wisdom teeth extractions. When I recently needed an extraction, I specifically chose this office again because my last experience was so pleasant. They did not disappoint this time around as well. Very professional, kind, and efficient. I would definitely recommend this office to friends or family.

Dr Galviz was very kind, informative, and had a great understanding of my situation. She took my concerns and answered them. She did everything she could to help me and talked to me during procedure. She kept reassuring me and listened when I would grunt or moan to be able to help me. Mostly important, she had light and kind hands that I hardly felt the shots.

Run do not walk from this place!!!! I went the other day to get one tooth out. I ended up leaving with one and a half tooth gone. This was the most barbaric procedure of my life, ( I have been through a c section and it wasn't this bad.) They told me there would be pressure then proceeded to cut my tooth out of my head. She slipped as she was doing it and I yelped. I know that's when she took the other half of the tooth. The dental tech then shamed me and said to calm down. It is the only male dental tech so you will know as is the oral surgeon she is female. They act real friendly until it time for the procedure. It really is a meat market and if you even flinch they are mean to you. I had no aftercare instructions. Till this day I have no idea how to treat my wound. She was trying to make excuses for why she took about half of my other tooth but I couldn't hear her as the dental assistant was suctioning my mouth. I then asked her to repeat what she had said and she yelled at me. She also told me to tell her if i had any pain toward the end i had pain and told them twice i was in pain and they just ignored me. So i just toughed it out because they didnt seem to care. I was trying to keep it together to get out of there so I raced to the desk to pay and put my sunglasses on so people wouldn't see that I was crying my eyes out. I don't know how this place is rated #1 in south Texas but I beg of you to never go here. They get you in quickly because it really is a meat market. Not a care in the world as to if you are human or not. I really can not fathom how the dental tech or oral surgeon went home and smiled at their familes after the way they bullied and treated me. I'm really a nice human and was as kind and nice as I could be. I sobbed the whole way home and now have a sharp half tooth just left in my mouth. I'm hoping to god that my dentist can save it and I don't have anymore pain. I will add photos soon so you can see the damage that this place did. I have never been treated as badly medically or dental as I have by this establishment. Please do yourself a favor and go somewhere else. I was referred by aspen dental and I'm now thinking they must get some kind of payment to refer people here. I'm not just a mad customer. I think I will have ptsd from this experience and I've never had a bad experience with a dental profesional .

They were able to work my 86 yoa Dad in when he accidentally showed up on the wrong day. The staff were extremely nice, understanding and professional with him. He is having an unpleasant experience with his primary dentist and this experience helped him believe that there are professionals still out there. Thank all of you very much!

Was soooooo very please with my procedure! I showed up on time, not even 5 minutes afterwards, I was already in the procedure room, dentist showed up 5 minutes afterwards and before I knew it my dental surgery was complete with no complications. The staff is so courteous and make you feel that you are part of their family. I HIGHLY recommend this dental office to everyone, great job and thank you!!!

Gomez is amazing and the best and his whole staff is genuine. I live pretty far from his office and every time I need him the drive has been worth it.Thank you so much and I’m glad that you have helped me through my transformation journey.

Got my wisdom teeth removed there. Their customer service it’s just awful, from the people at the desk to the dentists. The receptionist that gave me my quote seemed like she barely wanted to answer my questions about how my insurance covered the price of my procedure, did not give me any details. The oral surgeon literally took like less than 2 minutes to explain me the post-operatory guidelines and then on top of that I went in there the next day because I thought the sutures had came off and some lady walked in and just told me like it’s normal, it’s normal. I had to really ask for them to look at it because they did the opposite of making me feel welcome, they just wanted to be done with me quickly. I paid for a service, I didn’t ask for a free handout so I deserve respect as a customer.

I got my wisdom teeth removed here. I’m a minor, and I was crying about getting an IV. I was holding completely still, not bothering anybody, just crying to myself. The oral surgeon, I’m not sure which one, threatened me because I was crying. He told me that if I “couldn’t do it, I should just walk out and leave” I wasn’t shaking, I wasn’t pulling my arm away. I was scared and his first instinct was to insult me. The lady nurse there was very kind, I enjoyed her presence, but what the surgeon said to me just made me cry harder. I was high on laughing gas and confused. Absolutely horrible of him to say.
