Another wonderful, warm teeth-maintenance appointment this morning! Dr. Rolfes has been my family's dentist for nearly 40 years, and since the very beginning, the experience has been pleasant, comfortable, and even enjoyable, because the staff -- from Drs Rolfes, the other doctors, hygienists and all other office professionals -- is kind, talented, caring AND they all clearly love what they do and where they do it! Thank you!

Dr Padia and his assistant really made me feel very comfortable today during my visit. They are both really personable and worked carefully with no pain to numb, no imprints were needed, only a scan to mill the crown, and the crown was done in one visit, no temporary crown was needed. I highly recommend the practice of Dr Rolfes and Dr Padia is a great addition to the team!

Under Dr. Tim Rolfes’ care, I now have a beautiful smile and my gums have become very healthy. Recently I had an implant. Because the implant was not positioned the way Dr. Tim Rolfes wanted, he requested the lab to redo the implant without charging me a penny. Fortunately, the second one received and placed it perfectly. He was very satisfied with the outcome and I was very happy after the work was done. Dr. Tim Rolfes is the best of the best.

Dr Rolfes and staff are amazing and genuinely friendly. My tooth was causing me pain, turns out it was a crack. Dr Rolfes tries to do the least invasive work in order to keep the natural teeth intact which I love. I ended up with an onlay and 2 fillings. The shade matched beautifully and it still looked like my natural enamel. The Dr and Birgit kept me at ease through the entire process. I was thoroughly numbed and felt no pain. They scanned me so I didn't need to gag on any impression material. They milled the onlay on their in-office mill and I was in and out in under 2 hours.

I hadn’t been to the dentist since college a couple years ago, so my anxieties were high. I’ve had nothing but amazing experiences at this office. The front desk staff are all incredible and made me feel at ease. I almost felt like one of their own kids! Dr Pravay Padia has such a calm spirit and made me feel SO comfortable. I had an extraction and multiple crowns placed. I also did deep cleaning with Andy and she was the best!!! The staff made sure I was comfortable, pain was controlled, and my anxieties were heard. I am so thankful for this office and their help. For someone who had a lot of dental anxiety, the staff at Smiles4OC have changed it all for me!

The results of my teeth-whitening procedure exceeded my expectations. My teeth now look noticeably whiter and appear healthier. I'm grateful to Dr. Tim for his oversight and Natalie for her knowledge, enthusiasm, and support during every stage of the process. Dr. Tim and Natalie are a remarkable team, making the whitening process highly effective and a positive experience.

I wish I could give Dr. Tim 10 stars! He took on my challenging case when other dentists turned me away. He skillfully removed the broken screw of my implant with such precision that I experienced no pain or discomfort throughout the entire procedure. Dr. Tim is not only a highly professional and skilled dentist but also a genuinely caring and lovely person. Moreover, the entire staff at the clinic is incredible. They go out of their way to ensure the patients feel comfortable and well taken care of. I highly recommend Dr. Tim and am forever grateful for his exceptional care.

It is said that the student is never as good as the teacher- well, I'm not so sure. I've always wanted to call him Tiny Tom because he is so like his dad, but with all due respect, he has indeed earned the title whereby in the future I will alway address him as "Dr. Tim".Today he replaced an upper front tooth known to be an especially sensitive area. It was a cake-walk. Zero (0) pain and more amazingly, zero discomfort! Dr. Tim & his assistant, Brittany kept me in the loop during the entire procedure. I could have slept through it if not for the noise. Perhaps in time they will no doubt figure that one out...noise cancellation? After my procedure, I was escorted to the checkout counter where I told Vicky and Brittany how refreshed I felt, as if I had been on vacation and so we all laughed. A great experience. It doesn't get any better than this!

I recently had an emergency with the cap on my crown having popped off while flossing. I called Dr Rolf’s office and they took me in that same day. I must tell you that I am afraid of pain and very nervous about going to see the dentist. However, because Dr Rolf’s staff is so inviting and caring they make it easy for me to feel comfortable. Dr. Tim, who is my usual doctor, is an exceptional doctor and has a wonderful bedside manner. He always makes me feel at ease every time I go in to have work done on my teeth. As he promised, Dr. Tim said there would be no pain, and there was no pain. Thank you Dr Tim and to your staff. You guys are A++++! I highly recommend this office to anyone. Great Job!
