Now that my daughter has been going here for a year, I can confidently say the service and people are amazing!! Everyone is so welcoming, helpful, and knowledgeable. I really appreciate that our appointments always start on time, and at the end of the appointment I am always given an update. My daughter's smile has been transforming beautifully :)

I had the pleasure of receiving my orthodontic care with Dr. Shapiro as a child, and now as an adult. Both experiences were wonderful. I had a very complex bite that was a challenge to fix, and with his expertise, it looks amazing after 2+ years of work. I am so thankful for the care and compassion I received. Orthodontic Specialists of Sunset Hills works with our family to find dates/times for our appointments that fit into our crazy school/sports schedule. They also made my daughter feel very calm and comfortable when she was getting braces. Most importantly, I can call them any time with questions/concerns and they are always kind and timely with their response!

I cannot say enough positive things about this office and about Dr. Shapiro! Everyone who works there is super nice and professional. I am an adult with braces, and they have been really understanding, sweet, and accommodating. Dr. Shapiro is excellent and is a perfectionist about what he does. I would highly recommend this office to anyone- adult or child- looking for orthodontic care.

I love Dr.Shapiros office even after my braces off and coming to get my retainer fixed he double checks everything looks and feels good before you leave and the beautiful ladies in the front desk very friendly highly recommend i send friends and family to him every time I get a chance! Dr. Shapiro and his staff are amazing. Both of my children now 15 and 20 had extensive orthodontic work with Dr. Shapiro. He worked closely with our dentist to have both baby teeth and wisdom teeth removed to make space for permanent teeth. Along the entire process, they were very patient, caring, and educated us along the way of all the phases of treatment. Fast forward and now it is my turn to take care of my teeth. I knew that I would use Dr. Shapiro but was nervous to have orthodontic work as an adult. Again Dr. Shapiro and his staff have been fantastic! I recently finished my Invisalign and could not be happier. My teeth are straight, I am sleeping better, my bite has been corrected, and I can finally floss my teeth with pain! I am so grateful for the quick responses to all my calls and texts. The office staff was always flexible and accommodating to get me in in a timely manner and all my questions answered. The staff was always understanding and respectful to my needs. Even as an adult there is anxiety around dental and orthodontic work. I am so glad Dr. Shapiro guided me through the process of my Invisalign treatment. I would highly recommend him and his staff. I now how a lot to smile about.

My kids have some extenuating orthodontic circumstances, Dr. Shapiro and staff super patient and professional with my kids, have done a great job through 6 years of orthodontic treatment (so far, cemented appliance placed on my now 13 year old at age 7, graduated to light force braces this year). Braces off the 15 year old last week and retainer in place! Everything looks great! 👍

Dr Shapiro has already completed treatment in 3 of my kids, and my other 3 are in progress. Each child had their own unique challenges and he has worked to fix each one. His treatment options are current and his rapport with patients, parents and especially staff is magnificent! Cannot recommend this office enough. Tracie, the Office Manager, is also amazing with scheduling and always so helpful and friendly!!!

When I first came to the office for an initial consultation I was still indecisive on where i wanted to go for assistance with my braces. But once I entered the office I was welcomed warmly by Dr.Shapiro and the Team! Everyone smiled and is always so happy to help I am currently in and out of Missouri due to my service with the ARMY and anytime I needed to change my appointment time they were very understanding and happy to assist. And of course I saved the best news for last my teeth came out amazing!!! They are straight and the gaps are closed bittersweet although I love my results I’m going to miss going into the office for appointments I looked forward seeing everyone :( but great business Dr. Shapiro would give 10 stars if I could!

I am a new patient and I couldn’t be more pleased with my decision to come here. Every single person I encountered was very pleasant and helpful, making me feel very welcome. The staff answered all of my questions and walked me through multiple options/price points. The office was spotless and the staff were so friendly and accommodating.
