Overall experience at this office was excellent from the staff who greeted me at the lobby to the amazing staff in the back. And don’t get me started about Dr.A super sweet and nice. She made sure to explain what was going to be done and answered all the questions I had. I love their environment it feels light and relaxing. The staff has an amazing vibe best experience!!! Shout out to the staff Debbie, Jacky, Patty, Diana and Deanna (The best hygienist)

I just had another awesome cleaning with Deanna at this dental office and Jackie at the front desk is so awesome with benefits, scheduling, etc. I really appreciate the attention and care I receive from the entire staff here to help my experience go as smoothly as it always does. I don’t like going to the dentist because I had a really rough experience going as a child and I recommend this dental practice for anyone who also doesn’t like going to the dentist. This is the best dental office on the West Side of LA! Thank you Smile Artists!

Overall, great experience! As other reviews have mentioned, the attentiveness of the service stood out the most. I have no interest in cosmetic dentistry and just came in for a check-up, but even so I have never seen a hygienist talk through details of a basic cleaning with a patient at the level of depth of the hygienists here. Dr. A was very patient, and explained every treatment plan she was recommending. All of the staff are super thorough with their work - it definitely is not an in and out in an hour dentist office, but the trade-off of feeling truly valued as a patient is well worth it.Only Nit-Picking Cons:1. Parking in the building is $12+tax and is not validated. Pretty expensive compared to other Culver City garages for 2 hours of parking and the street parking in the surrounding couple blocks is super hard to get with lots streets having 1 hour limits. Just feels very callous that a dentist office billing hundreds of dollars services to insurance per visit will not pay for $12 of overpriced parking. Would strongly suggest to the business to work with the building on coming up with a better solution.2. They send a follow-up email asking for a Google review after your visit. The email does not ask for a “good” review, and this is purely a personal opinion, but I am not a big fan when any businesses do this ever. I appreciate the self-confidence in their work and understand how important online reviews are to dentist offices, however immediately asking for them feels very pushy and tacky from a consumer perspective. Would keep this in mind when reading all the reviews here.

My husband and I have been coming to The Smile Artists for the past couple years and they have done a wonderful job in keeping our smiles bright! The receptionist Jackie is super friendly and so accommodating with our schedule changes and Dr. Assudani takes her time to hear our concerns and wants to where we want our smile to get. Brittany does my cleaning every few months and I always look forward to seeing her as she makes the session smooth and easy with her friendly demeanor. We have done everything from cavities to cleanings to Invisalign for my teeth straightening and they worked together with me to get it all done before my wedding so I was ready for the big day! Thank you Smile Artists!

I wish I could give Dr. A and her office team 10 stars. She's AMAZING. You will be in great hands when you become a patient. I moved to LA over a year ago and I was so scared to find a new dentist, she lives up to all the 5 star reviews. Jackie who runs her office is right on top of things. With the caveat that I have only had one visit so far, I love this dentist office. I requested an appointment through their website form and was called back within 24 hours. I was able to get an appointment less than a week out and they actually called me before then to offer me an earlier time when they had a cancellation. The service is clear, friendly, and prompt. They provided clear instructions on the parking situation in the neighborhood. I didn't have to wait at all for my appointment. Dr. A is friendly, professional and took care to explain everything to me. Although they market themselves as cosmetic dentistry specialist, no one tried to sell me on any products or services. My dental hygienist was probably the most thorough I have ever had. They are doing everything right at this office.

Great experience for a first-time visit. The office and exam room are clean. The office staff is very friendly and engaging (especially Jackie). Dr. Assudani is very personable and and actually listens (which is rare trait in most doctors). The dental hygienist (Brittany) is very thorough and seems dedicated to helping patients establish a good dental hygiene routine. I look forward to my next three or four visits smh lol lol

This dental office is EXCELLENT. Their COVID-19 precautions are above par. Everyone is extremely professional and take every required precaution necessary for everyone’s safety.Brittany and the dentists are a wonderful team!

The staff is friendly and they have easy parking validation. But their cancellation policy is sneaky. I tried cancelling an appt 24hrs in advance due to work, just to be told it was actually 48hrs so I'd need to pay a $65 fee. They don't state their policy clearly (like in their text to confirm your appointment). It's a large fee that feels like it's meant to get you.So even though the staff is friendly and the office is nice, it feels like a veil for their expensive procedures and fees.

I've been to several dentists over the years and this is by far the best I've experienced. The hygienist was awesome, informative and gentle. I so appreciate that she took the the time to explain and measure my gums so that I'm aware of any risks. The Dentist/owner was also just as patient and informative. She really took her time to address my concerns and also exampled my mouth for any signs of other medical issues. Cherry on top was that she offered to have my retainers cleaned even though I didn't ask. So happy to have found a place that feels safe. The doctors here care more about educating you than they do about the money.I am blown away and grateful! Thank you!
