Doctor Piero Palacios is Incredibly knowledgeable and took the time to answer all my questions. Highly recommend, also all medical staff. As to the office staff tent to be nice but sometimes are a little tense and give you an uncomfortable feeling, When you call to cancel an appointment they never available but, they are quick to charge you $35 for missing an appointment, great strategy to make miserable penny. Overall, I thank Doctor Piero Palacios for his excellent work.

They could not have entered our life at a better time. The way the economy is set up and unpredictable clientele for me... they made everything so much easier. My son was able to have his confidence and smile enhanced, without hurting my pockets with their “no down payment” and “Reasonable monthly payments”. The staff is amazing and always willing to help! Highly recommended! The team/staff and doctor are extremely attentive! Price and optional are great! My son has completed his treatment and the results were amazing! My daughter is a competitive dancer and Dr.Palacios used and ceramic option and looks invisible in pictures!! Excellent office and doctor! Hands down best in town no doubt!

Love this place! They always make time for me if I need an emergency appointment.Also the Dr. Is super personable and takes the time to answer all of your questions and concerns and will explain anything if you ask.

We have received services with doctor Palacios and his staff for nearly 2 years. They are so welcoming and professional. The women at the front are always attentive, caring and sweet. Dr.Palacios doesn’t make you feel like just a file always attentive and always answer all my concerns n questions. I recommend his office 10/10 times.

I am a patient of Dr. Palacios, and today I have to give him my greatest gratitude. Yesterday an important step in my life ended and that was to remove my braces. After so much searching and so many opinions and without receiving anything positive for me, Dr. Palacios took the risk. and she always gave me her trust, from the first day I felt at home, both the doctor and the assistants were great, but I have to emphasize that I personally had the best Liset, the truth is that my words fall short for her as well as for me. the doctor, God makes and turns special people into angels here on earth and Dr Palacios is one of them, I am happy, content, and eager to laugh, I wish everyone and especially the doctor that God continues to bless his steps and fill him with health and blessings so that he continues to brighten the lives and smiles of many more patients, God bless him always.🙏

They always never answer their phone, the auto pick up put you on hold after 15 minutes of waiting for someone to answer it finally gives an option for a callback of which we were never called back to change our appointment and this is not the first time you can’t very well change your appointment if you can’t get a hold of anybody in the office. it’s very unprofessional, the people are nice in the office but they’re very unprofessional not answering the phone or calling back clients!

I started my journey with My Orthodontist Specialist, Dr. Palacios, in 2018. I am eternally thankful to Dr. Palacios and his staff. I feel blessed to have been under their amazing care and satisfied with my outcome. Growing up, I was never confident of smiling due to my teeth. At the end of my journey, seeing my results, I feel like I have gained my confidence back. I highly recommend My Orthodontist Specialist - Dr. Palacios. Not only is he a professional in his field of work but also shows a genuine care for his patients.
