Highly recommend True Image.The staff is amazing. I always had a great experience from the front desk to the all of my visits, everyone always had a smile on their faces and are all very friendly. I finally got my braces off today after almost 3 years and I can stop smiling. Thank you for giving me the smile I’ve always wanted and the confidence to not think twice about taking a cute selfie, lol!!

Great experience and reasonably priced. Scheduled a consultation to remove my damaged permanent retainer and get a removable one for my bottom teeth. This was the 4 ortho I visited to get a quote on the procedure. They gave me a price right off the bat then examined my damaged retainer and even dropped the pricing after doing so. They were roughly %25 less than any other ortho I visited. The ordontist was cordial and thrurough. The staff removed my old retainer without any issues. I can't recommend this office enough!

The entire staff at Truem Image Orthodontics does and absolutely awesome job. They are attentive to any concerns I have had with my daughter's Orthodontic work . Dr. Chen has the best bedside manner which is something in my opinion is so important in the medical field. I highly recommend this office for your kiddos teeth, or even any adult.

My daughter has been a patient for years & it’s been a great experience the entire time. The staff is great from the front office to the staff working with the braces. The office is very clean every single time we’ve been there. They also have a fun game area for the kids (even her brother enjoys going to the appointments), cookies, and even raffle prize opportunities too. Highly recommend True Image Ortho!

Phenomenal service! The staff was very welcoming, and the office was super clean. Luis was very knowledgeable and patient! I brought my daughter in for a consultation, and we left for braces! Luis played a major role in my decision to move forward with the braces process for my daughter! My daughter commented on how welcoming and friendly he was. Luis deserves 10 out of 10! I’ll be recommending this office to all of my friends and family!

Both my boys got their braces here and the results were great. The front staff is friendly and welcoming. The ortho assistants are very patient and considerate to all ages which was a big deal to me since my son was fairly young when he first got his braces. They do an amazing job to work with your schedule if possible. They have late hours to accommodate working parents. Highly recommend this place!

My daughter had overcrowding issues and very haphazardly placed teeth when we first came to Trueimage. Dr. Dave, Dr. Sonny and the whole team did an amazing job on her teeth over a period of over 4.5 hrs!! Everyone has been helpful, patient, courteous. This is a team we relied on for our daughter and they delivered! We are very happy with the final result and would not hesitate recommending Trueimage orthodontist!

What am impressive office. All the staff were exceptional and well trained in great customer service. From checking in to taking xrays and photos for my 9 year old and evaluation by Dr David Chen and game plan explanation is exceptional. I highly recommend True Image for your orthodontic dental care. I know my son the patients here are in the best hands. Wow I’m so impressed!
