Please read and listen to all the bad reviews. I am finally getting around to writing this review after my visit to Dallas Surgical Arts Dermatology on September 23, 2024. Normally, I get 12 units of Botox for my 11’s from my regular doctor at another private dermatology practice back in Chicago . However, since I couldn’t travel back to Chicago, I decided to try Dallas Surgical Arts Dermatology instead. I have been receiving Botox for years, and the 12 units I typically get last about 5–6 months on average. However, at Dallas Surgical Arts Dermatology, I was upsold to 18 units of Botox for my 11’s only. Shockingly, the results lasted just a month and a half. I strongly suspect that they diluted the Botox with an excessive amount of saline solution and falsely sold it as 18 units just to take my money. There is absolutely no way that 18 units of Botox should last only a month and a half. I would not recommend going here. This was my first and last visit to Dallas Surgical Arts. They charged me $15 per unit, yet it only lasted a month and a half. The doctor who injected me must think people won’t notice the dilution. This place will rip you off! Do not trust the five-star reviews—they are misleading and not truthful. The office manager, Amber, continuously talked over me from the very beginning of our conversation and had already made up her mind before I called about refusing my refund. Amber and the doctor the doctor who works at this establishment, so of course, it would look bad on her and take money out of her own pocket if they refunded me. You are absolute crooks for diluting your Botox concentration and scamming patients! Don’t worry, Amber—just like I told you on our call, I will not give up until I receive my refund.

I have been struggling with hormonal acne since going to college and I have tried EVERYTHING with no help. I started to do my own research into lasers and I found Jennifer at DSA! Jennifer is AMAZING!! She does V beam for my acne scars and is so gentle and efficient with the procedure. She has never tried to upsell me or suggest unneccessary treatments/products, which I appreciate greatly because it is rare to find that these days.

I had the most amazing experience working with Dr. Randy Sanovich! I am so very pleased with my results and could not be happier! The staff is absolutely fantastic and they were all so warm and helpful. I would recommend Dallas Surgical Arts a million times over!

I received better care with this practice than I do with my routine physician! They superseded my expectations and provide next-level surgical skills! Probably the best kept secret in Dallas. I will definitely be going there for all my future cosmetic procedures!

I had the privilege of having Dr. Sanovich perform my double jaw surgery with genioplasty, septoplasty, and lipo in August 2024. Even though I’m only 5 months post-op, I wanted to share my experience so far. From the very first consult to surgery prep, the surgery itself, and throughout my recovery, everything has been amazing! Dr. Sanovich and his team have been incredibly patient with me, always answering my seemingly never ending questions with so much care and understanding. I especially appreciate the kindness shown to me during the first tough week of recovery—it made a huge difference. The office staff has been exceptional in making me feel supported every step of the way. I also loved how closely Dr. Sanovich worked with my orthodontist Dr. McBride to give me the best results possible. This was my first surgery, and I couldn’t be more grateful for the stress-free experience the DSA team provided. I’m excited to continue seeing my progress, and I highly recommend Dr. Sanovich and his team!

Dr. Sanovich is AMAZING! He made my son feel so loved and comfortable in his office. My son had a scar that needed a revision and Dr. Sanovich did the best job repairing it. If you are trying to make choices on who to see well this is where you want to go!

Dr. Sanovich and his staff are the best that the medical profession can provide for the care needed when a procedure of this magnitude is done. Our daughter had to have double jaw surgery- their patience, understanding and ability to guide us through the process was priceless. Someone was always available to answer questions (whether medical or financially related), his practice runs on time and if for some reason they are running late they keep you updated and informed. Our daughter could not have been in better hands and the most important items for us is Dr. Sanovich and his staff CARE. We had to switch orthodontist through the process and Dr. Sanovich's involvement and help was one of a kind. Amazing results for our daughter and cannot recommend this practice enough. If we could give it 10 stars we would!

This place has very unreasonable cancellation policy. I called to reschedule because I was sick but they said they will confiscate my $100 deposit even if I was sick and even if I just wanted to reschedule. I will not come back to this place again. Update: They did call and explained to me that the money will be applied to my treatment which I was fine with. They refunded my deposit and refused to reschedule or book any new appointments for me. I just wanted to reschedule because of my sickness. Their manager was very hostile to me on the phone because of my review. I was treated meanly both times I had conversations with them. I would not recommend this place. The review is all they care about, not their customers.

My name is Daniel, patient of Dr Randy Sanovich for the last two years, and I like to start saying that this has been the best decision I've made I felt comfortable and in a very professional environment from my first visit and i still feeling the same way today! Dr Sanovich has always taken the time to listen to my expectations, study the best options and together make the best decision. I have had two surgeries, face lifting and bichectomy, including cheek and Chin Implants. The recovery was smooth and painless on each one and i must highlight that the Dr and his Team were always attentive to my recovery! I still visiting the cosmetic team for skin care, fillers and products, everyone does a remarkable job! Thank you Sr Sanovich and thank you Dallas Surgical Arts for changing the way I look and changing my life!!
