Mighty Smiles

I visited Mighty Smiles on 9/18/2023. My appointment was at 3:30PM. The receptionists was nice. She gave me the paperwork's to fill out and within 15 minutes I got to see the dentist and her assistant. The dentist explain to me the procedures she was going to do and answered all my questions. I am grateful for the service I received from this office. Highly recommended!

I loved it, my baby is 2 years old and for the first time he didn't cry and he felt comfortable in this new place. The doctor and assistant were very kind and professional, which is what I was looking for, and they resolved my doubts. The waiting time was an hour, I hope because I was a new patient. As a suggestion, the receptionists were not very attentive or maybe they overdid it, it's just that the children with the slightest detail or gesture of kindness are happy, you steal a smile from them, it was the only thing I felt my baby was missing (that's why 4 stars) but I recommend the place.

With chandeliers, arcades, and life-size Marvel heroes, it's sure to catch one's attention, but don't be fooled by the smoke and mirrors, neither to say, I was disappointed with me and my son's visit. Upon arriving on time, filled out a few papers, and got seen on time. My son took x-rays after which saw the dentist, he perform a check-up and recommended a few fillers along with a cleaning. I sat in the waiting area as they perform the process, the dentist told me it would take 20 minutes, but almost 40 minutes has passed, and I decided to check on my son. The dental assistant came out and told me it was an accident, my son threw up due to his gag reflex. I was angry, it was unprofessional of them not to notify me about the situation, as well as updated me about the long time frame. After another 20 minutes my son was finished, but he never received a teeth cleaning, only the fillers. Right before we're walking out the door, they ask to take another x-ray, so we waited an additional 10 minutes. It's the density responsibility to keep the parent updated on what's going on with their child, due to their failure in that particular area, I will not return to this dentistry.

We love it here, especially my son because of the amazing most kid friendly waiting area. The staff is great! They help me keep on top of my schedule with friendly reminders. They are the most patient and caring with us. My son loves it here, they have all grown on him extremely well. Visits are fast, in and out because the staff is always on top of their work. Excellent job, thank you everyone at Mighty Slimes.

From reception to assistants super friendly! Very welcoming! Love the environment and I love how they have games and movies for the kids! Highly recommend if you need a family dentist. I felt like they were very quick throughout the whole visit, and kept me well informed about my two kids. Of course not all doctors/ dentists appointments are going to be fast depending on the work that’s needed to be done I mean what do you expect? So the bad reviews about having to wait for a long time is honestly for the people who lack patience.

Wish I knew what the orthodontist name there, so I can give him excellent review! He is super amazing with my 4 year old autistic son. We love how they allow us to play Batman game while we are waiting to be seen. Also love the environment is sensory friendly, like the colorful fountain as a wall for example. Loving the Superman, Batman and Spider-Man statute are inside, especially that we are the superheroes family. Perfect place to take our son. Not to mention, all the staffs are extremely professional, amazing customer service, and very polite. Super glad we switch orthodontist. We love it! Thanks!

We love going to this place for my children's dental checkup. My 12-year-old son loves going to that place, I just hope they can play with the arcade soon since they don't have it enabled due to Covid. When my 1-year-old daughter went to the dentist for the first time, she loved being there and the Doctor and the staff were very friendly when they treated her. They have offered me to go to other places but I really don't want to change them somewhere else since my children are comfortable there. I recommend it 100%

My son is three and he has loved this place since his first visit! The waiting room has even more cool stuff to do and see than it used to! Great new additions! Staff is friendly and good with kids. His dentist is always the same woman ( sorry I can't remember your name) and she's great at communicating with my boy and putting him at ease. And it's a five minute walk from my apartment, so weather permitting, we make a morning out of it! Couple of really good restaurants near by, some decent shopping. I love taking my son here!

When you walk to the building it’s almost as if you are walking into a DC and MCU wonderland not a dentist office and the best part is they have a gaming area not your average blocks and wooden cars they are real game it’s like a mini arcade and it’s all for free and that’s just the waiting area….my kids first ever dentist experience with them was amazing they didn’t even want to leave and they are still talking about it now and it’s 9pm they made my son feel so comfortable by talking to him while they took x-rays and kept my daughter busy while I filled out our first time paper work. All in all if there was tens stars I would give it to them I was so impressed on how breathtaking the layout was for the exam rooms. I even called ppl on FaceTime just show off there office and when I say….all of the ppl in that office looked like models I almost was to embarrass to have on sweat pants lol they where beautiful the men and women….and the service was perfect great attitudes from the time you walk in until the time to walk out.
