I had way too much trouble trying to book an appointment. I made an appointment request and after they got back to me they didn’t even confirm an appointment.

Had an amazing experience at the dentist! The clinic was clean and the staff were super friendly. They explained everything clearly and made sure I was comfortable. Highly recommend! Five stars!

I recently visited Ross Ave Dental, and I want to start by complimenting the front desk staff—both the gentleman and the young lady were incredibly kind, welcoming, and professional. Their courtesy and attentiveness made checking in smooth and stress-free. Honestly, it was some of the best service I’ve ever experienced, which is truly appreciated. Unfortunately, my experience with the doctor wasn’t as positive. Despite arriving 15 minutes early for my 3:30 appointment, the doctor didn’t come to see me until 4:15. I understand that she may have been tied up with another patient, but the long wait was frustrating. When she finally came in, she wasn’t very pleasant or approachable. As I tried to ask questions about my dental situation, I felt like she was dismissive and not very understanding. To make matters worse, I was then handed an unexpected $1,000 bill for a root canal and crown. While I know dental procedures can be costly, the combination of the delayed care, lack of kindness, and sudden financial shock left me very disappointed. Overall, the front desk team truly shines and sets a high standard for customer service, but my experience with the doctor did not meet my expectations.

I have been living in Dallas since 2021 and have yet to find a dentist that isn’t into fear tactics and actually gets the job done. Look no further! This place is it. Thanks to all the staff here!
