Professional Smiles

I came from out of town to go to Disney World with my grandkids. On the way I broke my front tooth, it looked awful. I called and they were able to work me in the next day. The office staff and assistants were so helpful and very personable. Dr. Novi Frometa was amazing, he took his time, made sure I was comfortable and not in pain, he was very precise and made my tooth look better then it was before I broke it. I was AMAZED! I would highly recommend this office and Dr. Frometa to anyone.

The folks here are so friendly and kind. Grace was wonderful. She took all my x-rays and got things set up for Dr. Gabby. Dr. Gabby is terrific. She has a great chair-side manner. She listened to me. She provided options for several procedures. They provided a plan that matched our discussions. I will definitely make this my dental office in the future. They are consummate professionals.UPDATE: Julio did my teeth cleaning. He was very careful around areas that I told him are sensitive. He was very professional.

Advice to any considering this dentist. Review your insurances negotiated rates for service, and your paitent responsibility. I had a root canal and crown and this office overcharged $32 for the service. Once I brought it to their attention, they refused to give a refund and said their only way to address this would be with a credit. I would be fine with this, had they not then turned around and scheduled my next appointment (cleaning) 1 day early, so that it would not be covered under insurance. They made no mention of this when setting the appointment, during check in, or before they started the service. They waited until after the service to say with the $32 credit, I still owed them $25 as the service wasnt covered under my insurance because the apointment was scheduled too early. (They also threw in that they were doing me a favor and charging me the insurance rates of $55. Which should have been covered at no cost to me)Their attempt to cure, was saying I could schedule another cleaning in 2-3 months, and then wait another 6 months for second covered cleaning.Its a shame that a small family owned practice doesnt operate in good faith, and is nickle and diming their patients.

A few family members have been to this location in Davenport a few times now . The hygienist was awesome. She did an awesome job and took her time cleaning. The clinic is owned by a married couple, though, and they have no form of communication if there's any issues. The doctor I saw was really awesome, his assistant not so much. Not professional. I would never allow her to work in my mouth again. She was rough ( prepping a crown i already had done once) and very rude when she hurt me. The second go around, I was switched to a different assistant, and the appointment went fine. My crown was put in, and it looks great.

Since moving to Orlando, this was my first time ever trying to find a new place for my teeth to be taken care of and thank goodness I chose Professional Smiles! I just had my first appointment and everyone in there is extremely nice! I was able to book my own date and time on their website along with explaining what exactly I needed help with. Their place is very well maintained and in great condition! For my appointment, I was having moderate pain in my top right teeth and they were instantly able to find the problem which they were then able to remove one of my wisdom teeth that day. I’m so happy how everything turned out and there will be no other place that I’ll be going to than Professional Smiles!

Professional Smiles live up to their name by every member of their office team being professional. Recently I had two cavities filled at the same time. I have only had one cavity filled in my lifetime and could not remember the procedure. Mentioned this to a dental assistant and an office representative explained the procedure in the privacy of her office. Soothing relaxing 70's music was played to help ease my fears. Great job by everyone.

I can't thank the whole staff at Professional Smiles enough. I broke my front tooth on a Thursday evening and not only did they get me in the very next morning, the staff stayed far after closing to make sure my tooth was intact and my smile perfect! All of the staff are amazing! I highly recommend this practice to anyone needing a great dental experience!

My first visit was amazing, the Dr Ortiz is so good, comprehensive with my concerns and very professional, same than Karen, Damaris and Yanira! Lisa also heard every question I had about my procedures, costs, and insurances coverage Which made me feel very comfortable of coming back again! I am completing my treatment with them. I strongly recommend them ⭐️

I went to this location earlier today and I wanted to say I had an amazing experience. I don’t think I have ever had a great time like this when visiting the dentist. They went above and beyond for my son and I. Everyone was so friendly and kind and BEYOND helpful. I called my mom as soon as I got home and told her to switch dentists lol. 10/10 recommend.

Love the friendliness and professionalism of the staff, which is a reflection of the Fromata team of dentists.Definitely the place to go if you want courteous, professional service.
