Overall, my experience at Shannon Orthodontic Office was a mixed bag. While I had a decent experience throughout most of the process, I encountered significant issues with the bottom retainers that ultimately impacted the outcome of my treatment.The initial phases of my orthodontic journey were promising. The staff was friendly, the facilities were clean, and the overall atmosphere was welcoming. However, my enthusiasm waned when it became evident that my bottom retainers were not fitting correctly. Despite bringing this issue to the attention of the staff, the problem persisted, and attempts to resolve it fell short.The frustration mounted as the ill-fitting retainers failed to adequately maintain the alignment of my bottom teeth. Consequently, I noticed significant shifting, undoing much of the progress achieved during the treatment. It was disappointing to see my investment in orthodontic care compromised by this recurring issue.While I appreciate the efforts made by the orthodontic team to address the problem, the lack of a satisfactory resolution has left me dissatisfied with the overall outcome. It's crucial for orthodontic offices to ensure that all aspects of treatment, including the fit of retainers, are meticulously executed to prevent setbacks like the one I experienced.In conclusion, while Shannon Orthodontic Office provided a decent overall experience, the unresolved issue with the bottom retainers and subsequent teeth shifting detracted from the quality of care received. Improved attention to detail and follow-through on resolving such issues would greatly enhance the patient experience and satisfaction.

My teeth were a mess and I never wanted to smile before I started my first week with Invisalign at Shannon Orthodontics. I had teeth growing in every direction, upper and lower jaw, and when I would bite down, my teeth did not align. Now I have completed all of my Invisalign trays and my teeth look great! I can’t believe in my older years my teeth would be perfectly aligned and straightened. Very competent from the moment I checked in to the moment I left! I DEFINITELY recommend this place if you want a great smile! Awesome, caring staff.
