Overall, my experience at Shannon Orthodontic Office was a mixed bag. While I had a decent experience throughout most of the process, I encountered significant issues with the bottom retainers that ultimately impacted the outcome of my treatment.The initial phases of my orthodontic journey were promising. The staff was friendly, the facilities were clean, and the overall atmosphere was welcoming. However, my enthusiasm waned when it became evident that my bottom retainers were not fitting correctly. Despite bringing this issue to the attention of the staff, the problem persisted, and attempts to resolve it fell short.The frustration mounted as the ill-fitting retainers failed to adequately maintain the alignment of my bottom teeth. Consequently, I noticed significant shifting, undoing much of the progress achieved during the treatment. It was disappointing to see my investment in orthodontic care compromised by this recurring issue.While I appreciate the efforts made by the orthodontic team to address the problem, the lack of a satisfactory resolution has left me dissatisfied with the overall outcome. It's crucial for orthodontic offices to ensure that all aspects of treatment, including the fit of retainers, are meticulously executed to prevent setbacks like the one I experienced.In conclusion, while Shannon Orthodontic Office provided a decent overall experience, the unresolved issue with the bottom retainers and subsequent teeth shifting detracted from the quality of care received. Improved attention to detail and follow-through on resolving such issues would greatly enhance the patient experience and satisfaction.

My teeth were a mess and I never wanted to smile before I started my first week with Invisalign at Shannon Orthodontics. I had teeth growing in every direction, upper and lower jaw, and when I would bite down, my teeth did not align. Now I have completed all of my Invisalign trays and my teeth look great! I can’t believe in my older years my teeth would be perfectly aligned and straightened. Very competent from the moment I checked in to the moment I left! I DEFINITELY recommend this place if you want a great smile! Awesome, caring staff.

Dr.Shannon was amazing today during my consult. I had a consult done at a different place and wasn’t feeling very comfortable or confident in their treatment plan so I went to Dr.Shannon to get a second opinion and left feeling very confident! All my questions and concerns were answered. Not to mention him and his staff are very welcoming and seem to be wonderful. I’m very happy that he is going to be my orthodontist.

Shannon orthodontics is a wonderful place to go to I highly recommend anyone who is in the need of braces or to get their teeth fix go to them they are veryyy understanding and very lenient when it comes down to their job, I got my braces off and I was very very satisfied with them again try out Shannon orthodontics they are wonderful I love the whole crew ❤️

Shannon Orthodontics is the most professional and knowledgeable practice in this area. My daughter’s teeth look beautiful and today was her special day as her braces have been removed after about 2 plus years. She is so happy and thrilled and so are we. On a recent trip to Orlando, we thought we had a dental emergency. It was Thursday, 4:54 pm when we started calling around.The front desk staff at the hotel we were at as well as myself, were making separate calls. All offices said they were already closed or said they couldn’t help…. Until I got a hold of Shannon Orthodontics.They were understanding and helpful. They provided us with a phone number to text images to, had the dr look at the images and got back to us with advice. They were practically closed but remained open until we all discussed a conclusion and next steps.Their patience and willingness to jump in was a huge relief for traveling parents. Thank you for your customer service .

Had an appointment at shannons orthodontist and i recommended for anyone who has had bad experiences with orthodontists or anything they will make sure you feel safe and let you know that they will do anything in there power to help your situation no matter what it is i highly recommend for anyone looking for humble welcoming and amazing ortho specialists.

Had the best experience there went cause my girlfriend had an appointment and still ended up getting examined without an appointment all thanks to Marly I have set up my own appointments to get braces and my teeth back on the right path and I definitely recommend for anyone with any type of teeth to go here where the make you feel welcome and all the staff are humble.

My son and I came in for a consultation back in December and the staff was unbelievably nice, the pricing is not bad at all, they work with you in regards of your finances, very positive environment. Dr. Shannon and his team was very informative on the type of treatment that I needed. I had an orthodontist before Dr Shannon and I liked how he didn’t judge or critiqued my other orthodontist work, more than anything he complimented his work which I thought was pretty cool, he was to the point, and very positive. Although my son is pretty young to start braces he and his assistant found me a dentist to go to which made things easier and convenient for me since I had trouble finding a decent dentist near my house. I called in yesterday to pay for my down payment and the kindest lady (I believe Anna) told me that she was able to see me right then and there, I had to be at work soon so I wanted the visit to be a little quick, soon as I went in I checked in, I made my payment, soon as I sat down a young woman was ready to pull to me to the back lol, I was like wow this is fast, she went over a few things with my payment and giving me the break down of how everything was going to go, she was patient and understanding. Great customer service, I was seated shortly after, the techs and Dr. Shannon did their thing, they worked carefully ,and swiftly. I gotten home just in time for work. I appreciate how understanding the staff was about me being in a hurry and didn’t catch an attitude with me as well. This place definitely deserves a 5 star rating. I would definitely recommend it to anyone seeking orthodontic care.
