My son just started his treatment, and so far the staff has been absolutely amazing. Haley helped with our initial evaluation and reassured my son that his oral surgery wouldn't be a big deal. Yesenia helped with the financing and made sure I knew about every available option, including the offer to purchase four additional retainers when the time comes. Overall I couldn't recommend Pawelek Orthodontics highly enough.

The Pawelek team was great, very friendly and professional. I actually was seen by my appointment time! Maria was awesome and took the time to explain everything. She recommended tips on how to keep my son’s braces top notch. She even called a few days later just to check up on him. The finance team set me up with an automatic payment plan. I feel like I’m in good hands here.

When I fisrt got my braces on back in 2019, Dr. Harris was in charge. During in the middle of my treatment, he retired. I was really worried due to the fact that now another person has to learn my treatment and take over on his perspective. However, Dr. Pawlek is a phenomenal guy who loves to seek care towards his patients. He always greets with a smile and is very friendly. He listens to your concerns/thoughts and gives his expertise to guide you. Most importantly, he welcomes you and makes you feel safe. Another concern that I had was me traveling from Austin to Houston but they were very flexible with scheduling appointments. The staff worked with me to plan out visits. They are all very carring and supportive. What an outstanding staff! I recommend Pawelek Orthodontics to anyone!

Pawelek Orthodontics is amazing!!! Absolutely zero regrets bringing my daughter here! Very convenient early appointments, all his staff are great and Dr. Pawelek was very informative and provided and exact time line for his services. Today my daughter is getting her braces off and in a few short months, my son will be getting his on and my youngest will follow.

Dr. Pawelek is awesome! Being my first time having orthodontic work done, he was very thorough when explaining the treatment that was needed and kept me comfortable and also made sure that he answered any questions that I had. The ladies in the office were very attentive and helpful with any of my needs. I will absolutely be recommending Dr. Pawelek to anyone that is looking for a great orthodontist.

Dr Pawelek and his team came highly recommended from several of my friends. From our first visit, we've known that they were the right ones to take care of our children's orthodontic needs. Dr. Pawelek not only explained what they needed, but showed us WHY they needed it, in detail. My daughter is very shy and anxious, but he makes her feel very comfortable!

Maria is Always able to give a quick response to questions and prompt at attending when an appointment has been made. Silvia and Maria are always making sure when at chair to ask if all is going well they double check that the equipment is safely installed and ensure that no wires and or brackets are being a bother prior to leaving chair area. Dr is always making sure to take time when assessing his patients during adjustments of braces.

Giving it a one is a FREAKING UNDERSTATEMENT. THEY ARE VERY IGNORANT AND LAZY. THEY DO THE BARE MINIMUM. I WENT TO GET MY BRACKET FIXED AND THEY NOT ONLY PUT THE WRONG BRACKET ON 1 TIME NOT 2 NOT 3 BUT 5 TIMES BECAUSE IT WAS SO DISORGANIZED. IM 20 YEARS OLD NO LONGER WITH MY MOM AND THEY WERE TO LAZY TO ASK MY FOR MY NUMBER NUMEROUS AMOUNT OF TIMES TO GET IN CONTACT WITH ME ABOUT MY APPOINTMENTS. SAID IT WAS THERE JOB TO NOTIFY THE RESPONSIBLE PARTY ??? YOUD THINK THEY WOULD LIKE TO TALK TO ME ABOUT ME??? LOL ANYWAYS 100/10 DO NOT RECOMMEND. NOT TO MENTION SAID I CANT MISS APPOINTMENTS ?? BUT CALLED ME NOT EVEN 30 MINUTES BEFORE MY APPOINTMENT TO LET ME KNOW THERE EQUIPMENT DOWN. THERE NEVER OPEN BECAUSE THERE ALWAYS “ training “ can’t get a appointment for things such as a broken wire. No sense of urgency. Lastly you’d think paying as much as you pay for braces you’d be able to choose how you want your teeth to look but no ! I wasn’t allowed to chose or fix what I didn’t like. My opinion didn’t matter. My voice wasn’t heard and I wasn’t given a choice. Nevertheless, TRULY A LET DOWN AND WILL NEVER GO BACK AND YOU SHOULDNT EITHER. IT WENT ON A STRAIGHT DECLINE SINCE DR. HARRIS STEPPED DOWN

My husband had braces put on his son and our daughter at the same time in 2019. However, he took his son to his ortho and I brought my daughter here.In comparison, I never had an issue with missing pymts. I never had an issue with appointments. We never had an issue with staff.Where my hubbys ortho is down the street from us and extremely more convenient.Pawelek Orthodontist was definitely the better choice.Stressful busy moms take their kids to Pawelek for their braces. Stress free environment.
