Island Orthodontics is amazing to work with. My son is Autistic and Dr Zak spent so much time and with so much compassion. Aiden had a positive experience with a few laughs. Dr Zak was conservative and realistic with treatment for Aiden As a parent with a child with special needs I really appreciated his non invasive treatment for Aiden. From our first visit til now information regarding treatment plan to insurance verification is always explained thoroughly .I love that they are always running on time . Staff is friendly and knowledgeable .Waiting room and back area always looks clean and organized. I appreciate every experience we’ve had to this point at this location from moment of check in to scheduling .I highly recommend .

It's always a pleasure to take my 10 year old daughter here. It has been a great experience from the beginning. We looked at other places before choosing Island Orthodontics. My daughter felt must comfortable here and the staff are so welcoming, accommodating and professional. We're glad we chose this office and have remained content with our decision ever since.

The staff here are very polite and nice. I would definitely recommend them-it was my daughters first time going and they made her feel safe and comfortable. I love it Thank you guys so much. My daughter was super happy.One more thing I would say is they are not having you sit in the waiting room for to long . As soon as we got there we got called in .Great experience definitely recommend this place

I’m very disappointed with the way the examination was handled.two people was checking up my daughter, and both acted the same way. They put new gloves in, and with the same gloves they touched everything else including my daughters mouth. The doctor took out the thing , she was going to put inside my daughters mouth, and put it on the clipboard, which couple other people handled since Ilwe arrived and no one cleaned it. Same thing with the pen, she touched it with her gloves hands which were before in my daughters mouth , wrote something and put her hand with the same globe on again into my daughters mouth. The other person did exact same thing. Put new gloves on then after did a couple of things inside my daughter’s mouth went to fetch a camera which I doubt is disinfect after every use. As medical personnel they should be aware that after checking in the patient and not removing gloves they spreading everything around, keyboard, screen, equipment, drawer handles , etc. This behavior is unthinkable. If this situation is repeated with every patient , how many bacteria’s and viruses is covering the surfaces. I’m not concern about the COVID as much as other diseases transmitted thru saliva. I’m shure that at some point the disinfection is taking place but I didn’t noticed the nearby chair and equipment beeing cleaned between patients . It my seems like overreacting ,but couple of years ago my daughter within a year after just regular checkup and cleaning got sick twice with very high fever, and medical staff did exactly same thing with touching everything around with same gloves . We never got back there again.

I really enjoyed coming to this office for about 9 months for Invisalign. It has been a quick process for me. The staff is very pleasant and attentive to my issues. I haven’t had the most positive experience with Invisalign itself because they kept chipping for at least 7 months and then finally stopped after my gap almost fully closed. However, overall I am happy to have chosen this office to help me gain the great smile I am looking for.

The entire staff are wonderful and very knowledgeable, the building is clean with all state of the art equipment, and nicely decorated making it a very child friendly office.Dr Zak is clearly a true professional in his field and was only concerned with getting me the best possible treatment for my situation.

Incredíble Job, awesome, the Doctors Assistants, Helpers, Receptionists all are friendly, polite, it is the most important that a place welcome you with a happy smile face, so Glad I found that office and highly recommend this place. My case, or my procedure with the braces, was a Hard difficult to redesign, and high risk, but they took Special care with, it was a Special case. That surprise me more!Thanks to the whole "Island Orthodontics team" was a great treatment, took me almost about 3 years for my procedure, but now at the end so so happy with my smile. : ) finally my braces off showing my incredible smile.

Island Orthodontics is an excellent office. The staff are very kind friendly and efficient. Office is well designed, clean and they are following all CDC COVID guidelines. Everyone wears mask properly, hand sanitizer, even wipes down pens and credit cards at front desk. Seating is social distanced, if you are in waiting room for short moment. Also no waits as you are called in one by one, from waiting in car to keep social distance measures. I definitely recommend Island Orthodontics for all orthodontic needs whether pediatrics to adults.
