Elevated Endodontics

This was hands down the best treatment for my situation. The staff was wonderful. And Dr Reed and his Assistant, did a fabulous job. I can truly say even after my RCT I had no pain, I am so happy to recommend Elevated Endo, to anyone in need of great service!! Wish I could give them a rating of 10.. Marsha G.

Overall I was disappointed with this practice. I think they overcharge for services they claimed to be “specialized” or “elevated”. It didn’t feel like either to me. When I arrived and checked in, the receptionist forgot I was there so I waited in the waiting room for 45 mins before she realized I was there. The estimate they provided me was on the high side for such a service but the actual cost turned to be significantly higher than was estimated. Working with the business office to understand why they can’t estimate more accurately was more painful than my original toothache. They told me the office manager would contact me, but they never did. That said, the actual service they provided on my tooth was fine, not too painful, recovery has been good so far. But I recommend going elsewhere.

I recently visited Elevated Endodontics for a root canal. My initial interactions with office staff were outstanding. Dr. MacDonald provided me detailed information about my procedure. Throughout the procedure itself, Dr. MacDonald checked with me to see if I was doing well. The procedure was completed in a timely manner and free of pain. Dr. MacDonald's dental assistant was also extremely professional as were the individuals who worked the front desk. Dr. MacDonald, a special thank you for providing me the best of care! Without hesitation, I highly recommend Elevated Endodontics, as those who work at this business care about their patients.
