Elevated Endodontics

This was hands down the best treatment for my situation. The staff was wonderful. And Dr Reed and his Assistant, did a fabulous job. I can truly say even after my RCT I had no pain, I am so happy to recommend Elevated Endo, to anyone in need of great service!! Wish I could give them a rating of 10.. Marsha G.

Overall I was disappointed with this practice. I think they overcharge for services they claimed to be “specialized” or “elevated”. It didn’t feel like either to me. When I arrived and checked in, the receptionist forgot I was there so I waited in the waiting room for 45 mins before she realized I was there. The estimate they provided me was on the high side for such a service but the actual cost turned to be significantly higher than was estimated. Working with the business office to understand why they can’t estimate more accurately was more painful than my original toothache. They told me the office manager would contact me, but they never did. That said, the actual service they provided on my tooth was fine, not too painful, recovery has been good so far. But I recommend going elsewhere.

I recently visited Elevated Endodontics for a root canal. My initial interactions with office staff were outstanding. Dr. MacDonald provided me detailed information about my procedure. Throughout the procedure itself, Dr. MacDonald checked with me to see if I was doing well. The procedure was completed in a timely manner and free of pain. Dr. MacDonald's dental assistant was also extremely professional as were the individuals who worked the front desk. Dr. MacDonald, a special thank you for providing me the best of care! Without hesitation, I highly recommend Elevated Endodontics, as those who work at this business care about their patients.

All of the Staff were very helpful and explained procedures. Dr. MacDonald made me very comfortable when explaining the procedure and performing the dental procedure. I was made aware possible issues in a couple days but the first 24 hours has been ok. Harold

Through medical testing for what was thought to be a non-dental health problem, CAT Scan revealed a possible abscess. My dentist conducted an exam and took computerized images that confirmed an abscess. She immediately referred me to Elevated Endodontics. The patient friendly kind receptionist had me come over for an initial exam within 45 minutes. While there, an appointment opened up for that afternoon. After numbing, the procedure was painless. I was finished and on my way home in a short period of time. The shooting mind bending pains didn’t return after the anesthetic wore off. Many thanks to Dr. Macdonald, the best ever dental assistant and front desk staff! If you’re looking for top-notch endodontic care I highly recommend Elevated!!!!!

My husband was in serious pain , I called Elevated Endodontics and they scheduled him in the same day. We felt comfortable as soon as we walked in the office with the staff. The staff was awesome. Dr. Read and his assistant and the staff deserve a five star. The assistant Selena was the best she was assisting the Dr making notes and at the same time making my husband feel at ease.Dr. Read was polite, caring and explained each step of the way . Dr. Read and his whole team were great! I came to his office for a second opinion on getting my root canal, and of course, went with him and his team to work on it. If and when I have to get additional work done, his office will be the first that I go to. Thank you all!

Wonderful staff from start to finish and Dr. Reed was excellent today helping me understand my situation and performing my Root Canal. The whole procedure was under and hour ,with no pain, and I felt extremely well cared for the entire time! I've been treated by both Dr. MacDonald and Dr. Read, and they have both been stellar in their communication, speed, quality, and bedside manner. The office also recently added some really nice amenities - Blankets, JBL Headphones to use with your phone, charging station, and complimentary gatorade/mints/floss/etc.
