Angela was my hygienist, and she was very thorough. She noticed some things about my gums and throat and suggested how to handle both. The doctor comes in after and makes sure everything is okay. I was sorry when my dentist there retired, but the others are excellent, too.

Best dentist I've ever been too, not trying to scam you out of service you don't need on every cleaning. I will definitely not be leaving this dentistry..

I can't say enough great things about this place. They are always so professional and so clean and I always leave with a smile. This is the first time in my life that I actually like my dentist.

Amazing from the start! The dental hygienist I saw, Susan, was incredibly knowledgeable, informative, friendly, and thorough. She explained everything very clearly and made sure to address all my concerns. Doctor Roy was very kind, personable, knowledgeable, and made sure all my questions were answered. Without a doubt the most pleasant dentist visit I’ve ever had.

Dr Roach & her Asst Neta are amazing. Both were very “patient” with me while putting the cap onto my implant. I always feel confident when I sit in their chair for any procedure!

Updating this review since it’s been a full 10 months after my dental visits. Initially gave 5 stars because of how kind everyone was, and the environment was very inviting. However, I’ve had nonstop sensitivity symptoms that I thought would die down, but they never did. After I had multiple fillings put in (by both Dr Dawn and Dr Roy), I’ve had incredibly sensitive teeth. I’ve had fillings before, but never had them as sensitive as this. Since I came in a couple times, they ended up doing a touch up on a specific filling that was supposedly filled too high/much, so they got rid of some of it (hoping it would make it less sensitive), but it didn’t work and I can now only eat anything even remotely sweet/sugary on one side of my mouth because the other side is incredibly sensitive. The environment was comforting and inviting, but the overall quality of the work done wasn’t good in my case, as I now have to deal with really sensitive teeth on one side of my mouth.

I love Metropolitan Dental Care. The staff is always friendly, the hygienists do great work and my dentist is knowledgeable and approachable. I will be going here for all my general dental care for the foreseeable future.

I loved this place while Dr. Dawn was there, but everything seems to have changed after she left. The plastic bleaching tray that cost $100 just a year ago is now almost $400. I had another one recently made, but they gave me a flimsy rubber tray instead of a plastic one - even though I had a lengthy discussion with Kayla, Jenelle, and Dr. Artemis about needing the plastic one. As someone that grinds their teeth, surely my dentist should have known a rubber tray wouldn't work, especially after discussing it with me. Instead of taking responsibility for their mistake, the staff rudely blamed it on me. I'm very disappointed with this office. EDIT: Their response is a flat-out lie. We talked about how prices had gone up at my appointment. Yet another attempt to blame the patient - a common theme in their negative reviews.

I had a fantastic experience at this dental office! The clinic is exceptionally clean, the staff are friendly and professional, and the care is top-notch. Kayla was knowledgeable and put me at ease during my procedure, and Dr. Artemis was kind, caring, and highly professional. I highly recommend this office to anyone looking for a new dentist!
