Surgeon at my consultation was very rude! I have complications with how my wisdom teeth are touching my nerves and expressed how nervous I was about the procedure and potentially ending up with permanent nerve damage. Doctor did not help at all, if anything, he scared me even more by telling me he may not be comfortable operating on me, and that I may need to see a nerve repair specialist for months following. After telling me that, they did not even offer me other options or referrals to people who deal with these issues. Simply offering that I’m damned if I do get my wisdom teeth out, damned if I don’t. NEED BETTER BEDSIDE MANNER!

Dr Nelson and his entire staff are lovely. We felt comfortable and reassured that everything would go smoothly and it definitely did.

The worst decision of my entire life. Dishonesty meets low-integrity. Pursuing with medical board to ensure Dr. Wells cannot ruin another life.

I cant begin to tell you how amazing Dr Wells is. He did an emergency tooth extraction for my daughter. My daughter is 4 weeks away from having a craniotomy to fix an encephalocele. It was imperative that the teeth and infection be cleared up immediately. Dr Well's took the time on his lunch hour to extract the teeth. My daughter is hearing impaired. During the consult he took his time with the explanation, looked her in the eyes so she could read his lips and explained everything for her to understand. Dr Wells has an amazing bedside manner and very very knowledgeable with her situation. As for the desk staff - don't eat when talking to a client. Look your clients in the eyes when you speak to them. When they tell you they cant hear, listen to them. When they cry, listen. It should not have gotten to the point of having her brother step in and tell you to stand back. Im giving 5 stars to Dr Wells. Not the desk staff.

My son was born with a cleft lip and palate so we have met with many doctors and surgeons over the past 10 years. My favorite doctor is Dr. Nelson, he is amazing ! He extracted my 10 year olds teeth as well as a bone graft. Dr. Nelson has a very relaxed, patient and amazing bedside manner. He always explains everything to myself and my son. I never feel rushed when we have appointments with him. He always tells my son he can call him anytime if he has any questions or concerns about his surgery. He was so thoughtful to give my son a stuffed animal with his name on it prior to his surgery to help him feel relaxed. He also provided a recipe book as my son needs to be on a blender diet for a week. I can’t say enough positive things about Dr. Nelson. We are very lucky to have Dr. Nelson and his staff help us. Thank you!

Malpractice. Don’t be fooled like I was. Dr. Wells ruined years of health and 10 years of orthodontist work. Malpractice meets a lack of patient care. Went in and was advised to remove a baby tooth preumptivey. Four surgeries, 2 years, and thousands and thousands of dollars later and Dr. Wells left two rods in the place of teeth, ruined my facial nerve, and radically altered my entire facial structure. Life changing decision and astoundingly inept and bad surgeon. I should have not had the surgery at all - which is what all of my subsequent doctors have been clear on. This man walks his patients into innapropriate surgeries, up charges, and leaves it unfinished so he can charge for another operation. Don’t be fooled. He ruined my jaw, face, and sleep- save your health.

I had a tooth extracted today by Dr. Wells. He made a horrible situation less traumatic for me. The office was able to get me in quickly after I had an accident and broke a tooth. The assistant and staff were all awesome. Trying to find someone to help me with a reasonable price has been a nightmare and I was in excruciating pain for a week and a half. I’m glad a friend recommended this office, and it was nice to feel that Dr. Wells had compassion for a new patient.
