This is my new dentist! We just moved to this part of Denver, and the office is an easy walk. Very friendly fast and efficient process getting starting. I like the proactive nature of the conversation I had with the dentist and hygienist about best practices etc.

Can't speak highly enough of Dr. Burson. I have horrible anxiety when it comes to my appearance and was very nervous going in to get a chipped tooth fixed. But Dr. Burson was incredibly patient explaining options to me and ultimately put in a filling that looks great. Would 100% recommend.

The doctor talked me out of implants, he seemed sincere and caring. However I never received a follow up call. I was hoping to get just a couple of implants, after my consult. I was hoping to get a plan with this office. Genuinely disappointed.

Burson and team were wonderful at one point. Toward the end of my time there I noticed the customer service went down and the prices went up. Dr. Burson only suggested the most expensive treatments. Dental hygienist Aubrey was very shameful during my cleanings. They also didn’t tell me they changed their partnership with my insurance until it ‘accidentally’ came up in a billing conversation. Kerry with billing rudely informed me it was my responsibility to know the practice changed with my insurance. If you have oodles of money to waste, please go see Dr. Burson. It’s his best skill- burn the money right out of your pocket!

I had a negative experience and switched providers. The hygienists were wonderful and it’s a real nice office, but I found the reception and the owner (dentist, obviously) to be rude. The owner was late seeing me, I expressed that I was in a hurry, and he got defensive. I also got the perception that his frustration impacted the quality of care I received, as I asked for alternatives to what he suggested and he said there were no alternatives. I got a second opinion, went with an alternative that the other provider gave me, and this was some time ago - there have been no issues. The owner has this arrogant, post-jock/frat way about him. It’s nothing I need to mix into my life when I’m just trying to get my teeth cleaned so I can get back to work. Anyway, I’m a professional service provider myself and when I’m late to a client meeting and the client expresses any level of dissatisfaction (which happens to everyone) - I just own it and apologize. I'm glad I read the reviews because there's no way that I will come here I just experienced something like this at comfort dental and it seems like the good dentists are very scarce when it comes to people that have medicaid. Next.

Came in as a new patient. Ariel was great and comforting the entire time. They gave me numbing mouthwash to help with any pain and Paige was wonderful. Honestly everyone at this practice was nice and welcoming. I'm happy I found them

Denver Dentist came highly recommended from my former Dentist who retired. I was so impressed with how I felt walking in the door. It was fresh, modern, with an uplifting energy. Ebonee, greeted me with professionalism and kindness. Aerial was my key person who did my intake and X-rays and she was so thorough and present with the warmest smile ever! Dr. Burson really knows his craft and skill as a dentist. His presence and expertise is very palpable. I felt very at home there and I’m thrilled that I was referred by someone whom I trust. I’m delighted with my initial intake and our plan to take care of my smile and jaw clenching.
