First of all, at the front entrance of the building's new location on Lee Street, there is a ramp for people with mobility issues. There are also 2 steps to enter the building for people with non-mobility issues. Parking is limited in front of the building at times. One can park in the rear of the building, but the rear entrance is under construction and is temporarily inaccessible for patients, so one must walk around to the front entrance. After all that being said, however, my visit was very pleasant; the staff and Dr. Grandinetti was very accommodating! Other than the temporary accessibility issues, it was a very pleasant experience. Would recommend!

Pricey but good work.Had 4 wisdom teeth removed. When I say all 4 tooth extractions were done in 15 minutes, I mean 15 minutes from stepping foot in the building to walking out. Never heard or seen anything like it. The shots hurt but didnt feel a thing after that. No stitches but my mouth healed perfect afterward.Also had 2 parts of a root canal done and again, no pain. I trust their work but every visit costs an arm and a leg.

Teeth Spa Day!First time going to FCS and I can't wait to go back and keep taking care of my teeth. I was received by Stacey who was wonderful, minimum wait time. My dental hygienist was Linda and I loved her! She was patient, kind and attentive. Dr. H came to check in on me and I loved how she explained everything that was going on with my teeth. Very detailed and client centered.Thank you so much for your care!

Dr. Ryback is AWESOME! He listens, is very kind, understanding, knowledgeable, explains thoroughly and addressed all my questions and concerns. He is everything you could wish for in a dentist! The staff is wonderful! I hadn't been to the dentist in a couple years and was experiencing a problem and they listened and got me in to see Dr. Ryback right away, who checked me out thoroughly, addressed the issue and relieved my anxiety. I'm so happy to have found such a terrific dentist!!!

THe 2 ladies at front desk were friendly and welcoming. The tone they used when talking to each other was professional. The ladies at front desk during my last 3 visits were extremely LOUD and very unprofessional. We were able to help the conversation of each patient when they checked in and out. The Hygiencist was very pleasant and explained each procedure as she worked. She also greeted me with a smile in her voice which made me feel very comfortable. Dr. G is knowledgeable and very friendly and my exam by him made me feel wonderful at the end of my visit.

Poor customer service. Had to wait weeks to get a call back from Sheri to discuss my bill. Noone should have to call multiple times and wait for weeks to get a callback. Sheri either needs more assistance or should not be able to work from home. Perhaps being in the office would result in higher productivity on her end. This is not the first time I've waited to hear back from her. Highly disappointing. If I could give a 0 star I would.

Dr. Grandinetti Was open and understanding of my issue(s). He spent as much time as needed to complete my visit. Anella was courteous and attentive. Other staff approached to ensure my comfort and ease. I would certainly recommend dental work by Dr. G. and his staff. I thank Dr. G. For his generous contribution of time and effort to ease my concern(s) with relatively painless and thorough attention.

My family has been going to this dentistry for 30 plus years, before their new name and new location. When we heard our dentist was retiring we were apprehensive about new ownership. Dr.Grandinetti did not disappoint. He and his staff are wonderful! They are professional, courteous, and compassionate to your needs. Dr. Grandinetti himself is a master in his profession! Wouldn’t go anywhere else.

I have been a patient with this practice for many years. The staff are always courteous, caring, provide excellent clinical care in an efficient manner. I was just in yesterday to have my cleaning and exam. I was very impressed with both the efficiency and professionalism of the dental hygienist and Dr. Morrison. My appointment was at 6:00 PM. I was out the door by 6:45 PM. I highly recommend this dental practice.

My dentist of over 20 years moved over to this practice. The receptionists have been very nice. It is very noisy near the exam room. I don’t know if there is a break room nearby, but there is always loud laughing and talking like they are having a party. They are not very considerate of the patients. I feel bad for my dentist as there is nothing he can do about it. My dentist’s assistant made a voicemail on their phone and you could hear the same noise in the background.
