Had a great first time visit to Zach Frazier Orthodontics for an initial evaluation for our 13 year old son. Everyone was so polite and professional.After a thorough evaluation, it was determined that our son was not yet ready for braces, but it was made clear to us that he will need correction when the time is right. Dr. Frazier was great with our son. He was talking to both of us and making sure to ask him if he understood the process since he was going to play a role in the treatment.Feeling really confident that we have the right orthodontist for when we start our son's treatment.

I brought my 7-year-old for a consult with Dr. Frazier, and we had a great experience. My daughter thought the process of taking records (photos, radiograph, digital scan) was no big deal. The staff was friendly and kept me informed every step of the way. Dr. Frazier has a very calm and friendly demeanor, and he made sure to talk to my daughter directly about the proposed treatment. The office itself is bright, airy, and clean. It was easy to drive to even though it is in downtown Downers Grove, and there is a convenient parking lot. I highly recommend this practice!
