My son was referred to ZFO for an early ortho treatment appointment. From start to finish - it was an easy and helpful process. Dr. Zach completed a thorough review of my son’s teeth and file and after talking through the options, he definitely recommended a plan that suits my family and is specific to my child! Dr. Zach is both knowledgable and trustworthy.

Had a great first time visit to Zach Frazier Orthodontics for an initial evaluation for our 13 year old son. Everyone was so polite and professional.After a thorough evaluation, it was determined that our son was not yet ready for braces, but it was made clear to us that he will need correction when the time is right. Dr. Frazier was great with our son. He was talking to both of us and making sure to ask him if he understood the process since he was going to play a role in the treatment.Feeling really confident that we have the right orthodontist for when we start our son's treatment.

I brought my 7-year-old for a consult with Dr. Frazier, and we had a great experience. My daughter thought the process of taking records (photos, radiograph, digital scan) was no big deal. The staff was friendly and kept me informed every step of the way. Dr. Frazier has a very calm and friendly demeanor, and he made sure to talk to my daughter directly about the proposed treatment. The office itself is bright, airy, and clean. It was easy to drive to even though it is in downtown Downers Grove, and there is a convenient parking lot. I highly recommend this practice!

Dr. Frazier is the Best of the Best. My daughter has had a wonderful experience with beautiful results. Dr. Frazier and his entire staff are extremely professional, friendly, and every single visit has been productive & efficient. My daughter had a significant over bite and his treatment plan has been excellent. Such a great office and Dr. Frazier truly stands out as a one-of-a-kind Orthodontist who cares immensely for his patients.

Dr. Frazier was very personable and spoke to both me and my son which was great. He explained everything really well and the technology he used allowed us to get a great view of where things stand now and the results we should see after treatment. All of the office staff was also great and the cost and payment options were clearly explained.

My daughter had a loose wire pushing into her gums on Saturday afternoon. I called the Emergency line, and even though Dr. Zach was on vacation, he walked me through modifying the wire to make her more comfortable for the rest of the weekend until the office opened on Monday. The office called me promptly at 8AM Monday, before I could even call them, and provided an appointment time convenient to our schedule. Thanks again for your help and concern!

I have personally had a lifetime experience in many orthodontist offices. Fun? No. But does your doctor make or break your experience? Absolutely!I have recently worked with Dr. Zach and his team regarding my own care, and now my daughter’s …they are truly wonderful. Complete with patience, kindness & compassion. Dr. Zach is so thorough in his communication and never makes you feel rushed. He is very confident in his treatment plans which makes me rest assured in the outcome of my family’s smiles😁😁

I appreciate every thing about ZFO! Your office was always on time, staff always kept us in the loop, and most importantly-treated my son with kindness. The treat bag when the braces came off yesterday, was just such a thoughtful gesture-he loved it! The office is also great about supporting the neighborhood and groups in the area-which is also wonderful to see.

Everyone in the practice was professional & friendly. The office was extremely clean, & extra care/cleaning was being done to prevent spread of Covid. Dr. Frazier was extremely thorough, personable, & knowledgeable. His explanations were clear & easy to understand. I came in for a consultation to discuss invisalign or traditional braces. I had already gotten opinions from my dentist who was pro invisalign. Dr. Frazier pointed out several issues with my bite & gums. He advised against invisalign/braces because treatment could actually result in more detrimental issues than I was already dealing with. Dr. Zach was extremely honest & I truly felt he had my best interest in mind. He did NOT recommend a treatment that could result in additional revenue for his practice.

Really enjoyed the staff, everyone was kind, & helpful and they answered all of our questions. The office was very nice looking, clean, stylish, well laid out. I felt Dr Fraizer was very knowledgeable & going to do a great job at helping correct my daughters teeth! He also made her feel comfortable & had lots of helpful information on what to expect.
