SCAM I went for a regular cleaning that my insurance covers twice a year. Of course they did x-rays and the dentist saw me and told me I had to get a deep cleaning. The receptionist told me the costs to go another time. I sit in the waiting room to wait for my cleaning and there I wait for an hour. When I ask how much long I have to wait for my cleaning they tell me they are not going to do it because the dentist says I need a deep cleaning. I tell them I want the regular cleaning that my insurance covers and they refused to give me the service. Not even the x-rays were the regular ones that my insurance covers, it is all a SCAM to charge you more money.

All I’m going to say is don’t pay cash for small fees. If you do make sure you keep a receipt for more than a year.

Dr. Hayat Najafe and his staff are very professional. They care about their patients and their needs. They keep you updated with the incoming appointments and throughout the procedures. The office and working areas are clean and organized. My treatment has been an amazing experience with excellent results. They are a family oriented office. I will recommend them for all family dental needs.

If I could leave more than 5 stars I would. Best dental experience I’ve ever had. Dr. Najafe is the first dentist that has ever actually numbed me properly to where I was not under pain during a dental procedure. He was so kind, gentle, and warm. GREAT family dentistry! The office is clean and modern. The dentist knowledgeable and confident. Front office is AMAZING AS WELL! I called with an emergency and was seen the following morning. So happy that I found this location! If you live in the area, and are in need of a dentist for any person in your family, this is definitely the place to go!

I’m very fortunate to have found Montclair Family Dentistry thru my good friend. Staff are very professional. Sima my hygienist is very gentle and thorough working on my teeth. She does not push any expensive treatments or services like my previous dental provider. Front desk ladies are so welcoming and wonderful people, especially Angie. Highly recommend this place.

I have never felt more comfortable in a dentist's office. All of the staff are very friendly and and gentle. I was nervous to get my first crown but it was so quick and painless; also, the dentist and hygienist let me know what was going on every step of the process. I was also really happy about my initial evaluation. I have heard horror stories about people being charged heaps for work that they might not even need at other places, but my experience here did not feel like that at all. I was honestly shocked that it wasn't nearly as expensive or as much work needed as I thought. You can be sure this place will not try to milk extra money out of you. Just great honest dental care!

I have been going to Montclair Family Dentiatry for a few years now. Angie at the front desk is so personable and helpful with insurance issues. Sima, the hygienist is very thorough and very nice. Dr. F addresses most of my issues amd is always professional, thorough and also very personable. Dr. N is also great. All in all, who likes getting their teeth worked on, but this practice is the best I have found and as I am middle aged, I have been to many. My family also uses this practice and I often recommend the practice.
