Very pleasant staff, efficient, courteous, and on time with their services. Billing very helpful with insurance charges, and discounts with cash payments. The staff works very well together helping each other and saving time on their services. My dental hygienist Jessica was fenomenal, she took her time, patients, and knowledge to do a detailed and complete cleaning covering all aspects of hygienist should do. I'm very pleased with all the services provided by this office since last year. I would refer Bright Smiles service to any family member and friends. Way to go Bright Smiles 😊😁 keep up the wonderful work provided.

I cannot recommend this dentist. Even though I shared a previous joint replacement surgery with the staff in my intake paperwork and with the intake nurse in person, the doctor scolded me and raked me over the coals for not sharing this information- even though the surgery is old enough that no antibiotics would be needed. He suggested they might not be able to clean my teeth because of this. I told him I shared this information in my intake form he remarked that they don't have time to review all of that information. It was incredibly inappropriate and unprofessional- I felt very uncomfortable. Then, the hygienist gave me the most painful tooth cleaning experience I have ever had. She was very nice but I was clearly in pain. I will never go back.

With a change in insurance we found Easton Bright Smiles and I am thankful! My oldest son needed quite a bit of dental treatment and we are always able to schedule appointments quickly and for times/days that fit our schedule. Dr. Ryan is compassionate, kind and skilled. I have called in to ask questions and been treated respectfully and kindly. Recently my son was very uncomfortable and I called in seeking advice and help and Nicole answered the phone, she was so awesome, gave me wonderful advice, a speedy appointment and even followed up at the end of the day! We have had a great experience so far and plan to remain patients!

Jessica and doctor C are my people ! Love them ! Jessica cleans my teeth so well and is just so amazing! Makes me so comfortable and feel so clean after her hands does her magic on my teeth ! I always ask for her for my cleanings !!! JESSICA IS THE BEST! Changed my life with how I clean my teeth ! Doctor is C is also amazing, I’ve always been scared of the dentist and the way they both made me comfortable is just incredible ! I always use to cry sitting on the chair with previous dentist! I would like to thank the Dr's and staff for helping me with my son when he fell ill in the waiting room. Everyone was compassonate,showed alot of empathy for me and my son. Thank you so much 💓 I would always remember what all of you did for us without me asking. The work that was done was remarkable. I have been at a patient of EBS for over 3yrs. I am very happy with the care I receive. They go above and beyond to always see that you're comfortable and inflict the least amount of pain. The staff is all very friendly and remember's everyone's name. I have recommend several people and they are all happy to have switched. Everything is very clean as well!😁!

The staff is absolutely amazing. The doctors explain what they are doing and what needs to be done in a manner that I can understand. The ladies behind the desk, Nicole especially, are super helpful and take their time to explain what's going on and how they can help. The nurses are kind and don't make me feel rushed. Just an overall great experience! Highly recommend!

I am a patient at this dental clinic and more than 2 years ago I started attending this dental clinic while I had a lot of medical phobia.I always gave them trouble but I was amazed how it gradually went away in the process of my regular visits since they had alot to do with my dental health.Am pretty sure this happened because of the way the staff in this dental clinic handled me,tenderly,with a lot of integrity without being biased, patiently,just to name a few.The whole team work professionally and industriously.A dental clinic is a place no one will long to go but I do because I love the way Doc Gandhi- amongst the 5- has been attending me.my compliments also goes to the receptionists...it's until you get in to the building then you know we have people who cares and ready to serve.To cut the story short,I strongly recommend everyone to go to this dental clinic.

This dental office. I came here because my insurance does not cover many places. This place said I had all these root canals yet another dentist said I didn’t have any. I got here and learned that my appointment was canceled. My appointment was supposed to be for a cleaning they refused to do my cleaning because they didn’t have time even though my appointment was at 10 and it was 10:07 when I left the office. They said they couldn’t do a cleaning on my teeth because of my root canal that two other dentists said I didn’t have! This place is so quick to have you do a root canal and if you can’t afford it then you have no choice but to have them pulled. The doctor was extremely rude and unprofessional as well. I do not know why I went back and it was the worst mistake ever!! If I could give zero stars I would!

0/10. Easton Bright Smiles is the WORST dentist office I have ever been to in my life. I had to quickly find a new dentist due to new insurance. I went in for a cleaning and bottom tooth pain. Ended up needing a root canal for a fractured bottom tooth as well as a top tooth cavity filling. Two days prior to my root canal/filling appointment, my insurance still had not received a pre auth from Easton Bright Smiles for the root canal procedure. I had to call Easton Bright Smiles and have them resubmit the pre auth. It was approved that same day and visible to Easton Bright Smiles the following day per my insurance. Minor miscommunication, no problem.When I went for my root canal and filling, the receptionist thought I was just in for a filling. When she was the one who scheduled me an hour appointment for a filling AND a root canal if my insurance approved it in time. Which they did. She ended up speaking to the dentist and he said he could do both in the same appointment… great I appreciate it. I sat in the chair and the dentist began putting numbing gel on the wrong tooth for the root canal. I had to tell him which tooth it was and his response was “let me look at the xray.” I was stunned and should have gotten up from the chair and left. But I stayed, had the procedure, and my next appointment for a crown was scheduled around my work schedule.I have received three calls from Easton Bright Smiles within the last three weeks trying to change my original crown appointment and asking me to come in sooner than scheduled (which I thought was sketchy) but I told them each time I cannot because of work. As I work with children on the autism spectrum and cannot just cancel my appointments with my clients. Any appointment I make for myself has to be made in advance, as I told the receptionist. No surprise, I of course receive a call tonight at 5:30PM that my crown appointment for tomorrow is cancelled and that the dentist is coincidentally sick.Unprofessional to say the least. The time for the dentist to cancel my appointment was THREE weeks ago when he had the receptionist call me to come in sooner.Karla M. Stanz, DMD is the best dentist in the Lehigh Valley. Do not waste your time with the dentists at Easton Bright Smiles.
