Very accommodating and nice! Loved the environment as well as the staff, all seemed to have a good day so far and treated me as well as everyone there with respect.They were also quite thorough with explanations on current treatment plans.

I want to start by thanking Amber for noticing the urgency in my voice & quickly scheduling my first appointment. She was accommodating and empathetic. I want to thank Adriana for simplifying the payment process. I want to thank Dennis for easing my concerns during the entire process. Lastly, I want to thank my oral surgeon for his steady hand & temperament. In summary, the entire office makes you feel like family which is very comforting when you hate dental procedures like I do. They deserve every single one of the 5 stars I selected. To say I highly recommend "Smiles on the Hudson" is an understatement. Thank you all!Ivan P

Went in for a check up in late March and had a nice visit. Staff was professional and office was state of the art. The issue arose after leaving the office with a new credit card they advised I sign up for to get a better interest rate on $7,000 of charges for work that wasn't even scheduled or done yet. I left feeling uncomfortable and things moved so quickly in the consultation that I wanted to secure a second opinion. I called the office to get my x-rays which they shared but also advised them to cancel future appointments and waive the charges for work not yet done or scheduled to do. Well now I am 3 weeks past that conversation with a few emails into them as I incur late fees and interest due to their inability to refund the erroneous charges. I assume this review will elicit a response from them which I would welcome in hopes they can rectify this issue in a timely manner.

I started with this practice in 2020. From dental cleanings to implant needs and now gum grafting. This practice and all its employees are nothing short of amazing. Every dental hygienist has been caring and thorough. Adriana Rodriguez was a lifesaver when it came to financial planning of my various non insured dental needs. At my recent visit to get the dreaded gum grafting I was so nervous, but between Adriana helping me stay calm, and the periodontist proceeding with such great care, I was done before I realized what was going on. Every job is made seamless by all that make the practice operations a top notch dental practice. So happy I found this place and trusted Dr. Simon in all his advice and guidance on getting my smile to match how blessed I feel.

Came to smiles on the Hudson for my regular cleaning and was seen by Dr. Simon and Jen they were awesome and the best I’ve ever seen. I was referred to their oral surgeon Dr. Serratelli who was amazing and answered every single question I had. Adriana took the time to explain all the fees associated with my procedures and made me feel at ease with my complicated insurance copays. I now look forward to seeing the dentist!

I was nervous before going the dentist office, after they did exam and when they where doing the cleaning I was really relax by the ambience and staff os great Jennifer the hygienist was so patience with me and she did a great Job Doctor was great too. And front desk was very welcoming. I loved the experience and I stick to this this place.

Can I just say I never had such an amazing dentist in my life! Dr Simon is the sweetest and friendliest dentist I ever met. He is so professional and genuinely cares about the patient. He listens to your needs and addresses them correctly all while pin pointing what is vital and not. He works with you to get everything you need and want done. He is detail oriented and a perfectionist. He has amazing hands and is so gentle which always puts me at ease. His personality along with his level of expertise is beyond 5 stars. I love it here! I love the staffs amazing customer service skills and they always have big smiles and so helpful with everything. Since coming to Smiles on the Hudson I have been smiling even bigger because I am authentically happy with my teeth and I owe it all to Dr Simon and staff. Thank you !

Amber who manages the office is great!The front desk staff is really nice and will charge your phone while you wait.Simon fixed my veneers which were too large from previously and I’m very happy.Go with confidence.

Went in for a cleaning of my teeth today; and, I can personally say the entire experience was superior amongst other dentists/hygenists in the past. I was not expecting the level of customer care and attention by the staff, notably Julie (hygenist) who diligently deep cleaned each of my teeth; and, more importantly took the time to explain each issue and step. She made sure I wasn’t in pain, constantly monitoring my comfort level during the examination and detailed cleaning process of my teeth. Each process (x-rays / exam), believe by Sophie /staff, was coordinated very well. Where I felt my time and money were valued was pre & post cleaning, they retook pictures to ensure they actually achieved cleaning each area and didn’t miss any areas! They spent the time necessary to give me a personalized experience which I respect and value as a client. They patiently answered each of the questions, including the dentist, Dr. Kim who stopped in during my deep cleaning. The entire staff was courteous, overall. I would certainly recommend this place to truly put a smile on your face! Thank you.
