First and foremost, the level of care and expertise demonstrated by Dr. Patel and their team is unparalleled. They possess not only exceptional technical skills but also a genuine concern for their patients' well-being.My son aged 7 recently underwent dental procedure and I was very happy by their professionalism and attention to detail. They took the time to thoroughly explain the procedure to me and patiently answered all of my questions, putting any apprehensions I had at ease. The procedure itself was so smooth and even my son was very comfortable. From making the appointment to when I left the office , every single person I encountered was amazing. Dr. Regenye and the hygenists made me feel at ease and comfortable throughout the procedure, let me know exactly what was going on at all times and what was about to happen, which really made all the difference! I am terrified of going to the dentist let alone going for oral surgery. I had put off going for my broken tooth till I had no choice with the pain and infection. I arrived and let the office staff know how scared that I was and they were very assuring that Dr Patel would make sure I was comfortable. They were 110% correct. I had one wisdom tooth and the broken tooth extracted before I knew it they were out. I am on day three no pain at all, no pain meds at all. I can tell you this was the Best dental experience I have ever had in my almost 62 years. I highly recommend Dr. Patel and the entire staff. Thank you!
