Brickman Orthodontics

I have been very satisfied with the care my daughters receive from Brickman Orthodontics. The staff are courteous and friendly. We rarely wait for appointments. They are flexible with appointment times around the school schedule. One of my daughters has had some issues with care of her expander, and the situation was met with grace and kindness. We are about to begin phase two with my oldest daughter. I have seen results with the treatment course chosen by the team at Brickman. The office does have incentives and giveaways from time to time to keep it interesting for kids. We have choices here in Edwardsville, but I would choose Dr. Brickman and his team again.

I have been going to Dr. Brickman for 10 years, and throughout spacers, retainers, and braces, my teeth have been taken care of. Their scheduling is flexible, their staff is nice, and there is no better option when it comes to perfecting your smile. I have had my braces off for four years and have been wearing my retainers nightly, and they still look as good as when I first got them off. 10/10 would recommend to anyone.

I had an absolutely wonderful experience at Brickman! I had my spacers and braces done here; my teeth are still straight and intact years later. The staff is consistently friendly, on time with appointments, and makes you feel so comfortable! My child recently got braces, and our experience has been great. The journey began with a comprehensive consultation, where we discussed payment options and the orthodontist explained what to expect based on the current positioning of our child's teeth. The application of the braces was a smooth process, and when we encountered a minor issue with a wire poking their cheek, the office promptly addressed it, ensuring we were in and out in no time. The entire staff has been incredibly friendly and considerate throughout this orthodontic journey.

I recently had a fantastic experience at this orthodontic office. The staff was incredibly friendly and professional. The facility was clean, and they followed excellent COVID-19 safety protocols. The doctors were attentive, they explained the treatment plan thoroughly, and made me feel comfortable throughout the process. The results exceeded my expectations, and I'm grateful for the beautiful smile they've helped me achieve. Highly recommend this orthodontic office for top-notch care and outstanding results!

From Dr. Brickam, the office manager, the assistants, front desk girls and everyone in between this office is a 5/5!!! We used another office for our oldest and never had the kind of experience we have had here. My son is missing 5 permanent teeth, and has had to have Extensive orthodontic work. We have also had 2 emergencies where they had to come in after hours, and they were always incredible!! Highly recommended!

My daughter has been going to Brinkman for almost two years now. She started with needing a spacer and then moved to braces. She enjoys coming and working with everyone here- especially silly when she gets to pick her colored bands! They make sure she knows what is going on and what will be the next steps each time she comes. They are very personable and easy to work with. We have really enjoyed the experience thus far!

Getting braces as an adult is terrifying. Dr. Brickman always eases my anxiety when I ask a million questions and answers and explains throughly solutions for my concerns. He always is smiling and just has an upbeat attitude. The girls in the office are so nice too. I love Maddie! I always feel good about my appointment when I leave the office and can't wait to see what my teeth look like once my braces are removed.
