I can't recommend them enough! The staff went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable and informed throughout my entire treatment.Dr. Kwong is an expert in his field. He took the time to thoroughly explain each step of my treatment plan and addressed all of my concerns with patience and expertise. The clinic itself is modern, clean, and inviting, creating a welcoming atmosphere.Scheduling appointments was always convenient and efficient, and I never had to wait long to be seen. Overall, my experience and Dr. Kwong’s clinic exceeded all of my expectations.

I had never had braces before, and I’m glad I went to Jeffrey Kwong Orthodontics for them. I considered my braces more of a blessing than a curse, because in our day and age people want to have pretty teeth. I am very grateful for my parents spending six grand to straighten my teeth, so that I could happily eat a 100 grand (the candy) at the end with beautiful teeth.

Jeffery Kwong orthodontist is everything you would want your orthodontist to be. They are super friendly and get you in and out quickly without making you feel rushed. Jeffery always answers any questions we have and they are very thorough in making sure everything is working properly and comfortably. They also do interest free monthly payments, which is very helpful. I would definitely recommend them to anyone I know.

Jeffrey Kwong and his team are amazing! I began my braces venture in my mid-late 20’s and I’m so impressed with the results. Dr. Jeffrey is really chill. Just got my braces off today and it feels great. They did a really great job. Dr. Jeffrey won't get mad if you don't wear your rubber bands (but you really should wear them) and is really polite in reminding you about everything you need to do in order to get the best results. Basically this place is great, everyone is really nice, and you should probably come here if you want nice looking teeth.

Dr. Jeffrey Kwong and his staff are absolutely amazing! They are all super welcoming and great at what they do. I got my braces at 17 and just got them off today! I never once had a bad experience while getting a tightening or fix to my brackets. They fit you in and make you a priority! Super professional and would definitely recommend them to anyone looking to get braces!

Going to the dentist or orthodontist is a very scary visit for me. However, Dr. Jeffrey Kwong has totally changed my mindset. They explained everything thing they do before they do it and they are excellent about listening and addressing my concerns. Their office staff is excellent at making me feel as comfortable as I can be. Also, I moved to Nevada, which required a tricky scheduling process and with ease, they were extremely flexible. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience! I highly recommend them!

I am 15 years old and just got my braces off, when i was in 8th grade my parents signed me up to get braces at JKO and if I had to talk about my experience i'd say that all the staff is extremely efficient, they have you walking in and getting everything done within 20-40 minutes which is amazing, the wait time is almost 4 minutes. Dr. Kwong is amazing, hes funny and jokes around but he tells you in person what he expects of you and gives advice on how to work towards what you need, he sets goals for you and adapts those goals based on how you take care of your teeth. hes a great person, super funny and I definitely recommend going to get your braces done at JKO.
