My daughter had been going to that dentist since she was 6 months old. Her teeth didn’t fall out for years, and her dentist said “every child is at their own time.” She said that when she was 7. She had half a mouth full of baby teeth till the age of 12. At 13 she had to get 8 teeth taken out almost at once because her dentist did nothing about her teeth her whole life. We had to switch dentist because she was too scared to take the teeth out herself. My daughters suffering because of that dentist. Wont ever go back there again. - My Mother

Tonya at front desk is very unhelpful and spoke to me as if I were stupid. All I asked for was an email or text confirming my appointment and she claimed that they do not have the capabilities to do that. Everyone has the capabilities to do that. She also would not allow me to speak with anyone else when I requested to do so. Way to help your patients.

I have been going to this group for a year. They are way above my previous dental provider. They are very thorough, friendly and professional. I really like that they will work within my insurance limits to give me the most comprehensive care.I had a cap come loose and they got me in the next morning. 👍👍👍

It had been a while since I’d been to the dentist. I was a bit nervous, but the dental hygienist and dentist were fabulous! They did a great job with the teeth cleaning. The staff was very helpful and made my visit pleasant. I could tell the office was clean and well taken care of. I will be returning with my family. I highly recommend this office if your looking for a quality dentist.

Dr. Munoz has been my dentist for over fifteen years. She, and her staff, are AMAZING!!!! I already told her that she cannot retire before I die. I went through eight dentists before finding her. I would NEVER go to any other dentist. She is that good. I have never had a bad or painful moment at her office. Can't say that for the other dentists I tried before her. I always leave her office happy and with a smile!!! I love them ALL!!

Please don't go here!! The front office staff are not informed about costs and procedures. I went there last august they recomended a deep cleaning. It was supposed to be in 2 parts i would only pay 75 for one side and 50 for the other. My insurance was supposed to pay the rest. When i went in the second time i talked to the lady in the front and asked her if my insurance had already paid for my first half of the cleaning and she said no. I specifically told her i dont have money to pay out of pocket i think ill just wait till the insurance pays to do the other half just in case something happens. She looked at me and said no go ahead and do it theres no reason for your insurance not to pay. Well now im stuck with a 300 bill that they said not to worry about. I called and told them how things happened and all they could said well youre responsible for that amount your insurance is not going to pay. Please go to another dentist that does not encourage you to spend money you dont have.

Have been a patient for many years. Front desk staff is always friendly, helpful and courteous. The waiting area is pretty comfy, which is one of the things I like. Dental assistants are friendly, and make you feel at ease when performing routine dental work. Dr. Munoz, what can I say, I completely trust her with my teeth. I have accepted all her medical advice and suggestions for dental work, and my teeth are healthy because of it.

I have to say the dentist was very helpful and the staff was courteous when I went. With that in mind I had set up an appointment and asked them if my insurance will cover it. I spoke with one of the staff members there and I was told it would be covered at 100%. I received a letter recently from the office saying that I owe 30 dollars. When I called to find out why I was told that my insurance did not cover it. When I explained the situation to a staff member by the name of Linda her response was that service was rendered in a tone that sounded like she was bothered by my concern and that the staff member who told me that was no longer working there. she did not sound apologetic in any way. I felt upset by her response and will no longer go to that dentist for lack of trust to the staff, not the dentist. I cancelled my follow up appointment. I did make sure to write her name and the date because I'm afraid the next thing that will happen is another charge for not cancelling the appointment within 48 hours.

Great Dentist, Beautiful office. Plus, she's much better looking and more pleasant than my last dentist who reminded me of the Geico cave man. When I arrived for my first visit, I wated lass than five minutes to be seen. The treatment rooms have a very pretty, unique and pleasant arrangement that look into a hexigon shapped common area with a tall water fountain in the center. While the rooms join together at the water fountain, they maintain a private feel and other patients are not really visible. Very nice office and professional staff! I also noticed and appreciated the high degree of hygiene practices by the staff and dentist, along with good communication efforts made. Everything is wrapped, masked, gloved, and clean. When xrays are taken, the patient can see them come in real time on a flat screen TV in front of the chair, where the dentist can communicate exam results. Also, unlike my previous dentist, where I had to wait months for an appointment, it was easy to make appointments within 45 days. This is by far the best dental practice I have found.
