Very great experience my daughters teeth look super nice.. We went to another dentist not here and she wasn’t doing anything to her teeth and always charge us!!But here is awesome no doubt about it!

Beyond fantastic! As well as reasonably priced! My permanent retainer broke the night prior (unfortunately, due to eating nachos) and the wire came undone from my teeth. Long story short, they got me a same day appointment, I only had to pay 90$ for an office visit (other places around 120$). Dr. Naomi re-bonded my retainer with adhesive cement, and did not charge me for the repair itself. The office is clean, and well maintained. Dr. Naomi was very polite, fast, and efficient. Excellent facility, and team at Smile Straight Zaragoza!

Latest: I am here with my daughter today. After seeing the results my son received from his Smile Straight treatment (review below), I decided to have them work with my daughter. Once again, they do not disappoint. Always professional, always clean, and always makes me feel comfortable when discussing terms and care. Their financing options are budget friendly, or you can opt to pay in full for a discount. My daughters treatment will be a little longer than my son’s, so we’ll have to be patient. More importantly, I’m certain we’ll all be very pleased with the results given Smile Straight’s reliability.First review: I got my son some braces here and my experience has been very pleasant. The staff is very helpful, the facility is clean, my wait times are always relatively short, and the costs are very fair. We have about 1.5 years to see how the work turns out, but I can assume it will be as incredible as the service we have received so far.Update: getting his braces removed today! The team here at Smile Straight has been great throughout the process. The overall cost was relatively low and his teeth are perfect. The braces are being removed a month or two early since his teeth progressed so quickly. I would recommend Smile Straight Orthodontics to anyone living in El Paso, or the surrounding areas.

Just started braces on my daughter today. The women at the front desk were friendly and helpful with a financial issue that popped up. It was resolved so quickly and they had the braces on her in no time. They gave clear care instructions and helped to make sure she was comfortable. I expect good things and a great smile after we’re all done with treatment.

I had braces as an adult and they were done here at smile straight, about 2-3 years ago. Service was great so I decided to get my son and daughter's braces done here as well. Staff is very friendly and makes them feel comfortable by explaining everything that is being done. They also work with my schedule to get us an appointment that works best for me. I highly recommend Smile Straight.

I was recommended this orthodontics by a friend who switched from Dental Ark where I was taking my daughter. After countless bad experiences with the braces my daughter had with Dr Casavantes, I had to change orthodontist.First off everyone at Smile Straight is super friendly and helpful, they explain everything to you and they let you sit next to your child while they are working with them.Naomi is awesome! Horrible. My daughter’s teeth are still crooked after having braces removed. Their argument is her “bite is functional”. Too bad most people get braces for cosmetic reasons not to be more functional. Now I have to pay for braces all over again somewhere else.In response to Monica’s post. I did complain to the front desk and requested a re-evaluation. That is when the orthodontist told me there was nothing they could do. What I think happened was the original evaluating orthodontist did not give my daughter the proper treatment plan and you won’t admit you made a mistake. She should have had teeth removed to make room and her teeth still look crowded. I also have my name on this post Monica and you could have just looked up patient files to find me and call me personally instead of posting a response as if you are going to solve this issue.

Smile Straight is a wonderful orthodontics facility. Dr. Othman is kind and explains the treatment plan clearly. He answers all questions and doesn't leave room for error. Multiple payment plans were available and the payments are reasonable. The technicians are equally kind and patient. They answered all my questions to the best of their ability. The facility is clean and organized. Soft music plays in the background and it's not too overwhelming.Incentives to keep the children doing well during there treatment include tokens awarded for wearing the Smile Straight T-shirt, Honor Roll report cards, and healthy, clean brackets. My child is excited to come to each appointment and eagerly takes care of her braces due to the positive motivation.Overall, I'm so glad this is where my child receives their ortho care.

My daughter now has a beautiful smile.Naomi is a great office manager.The team is kind and takes care of their patients!They're a busy practice, so there is sometimes little wiggle room when scheduling the next appointment (try not to reschedule, that takes even longer). Overall, it was a good experience 👍
