We went to 3 Orthodontists, because my daughter was looking for the best aligners & up to date procedures that were going to straighten her teeth that would still allow her to eat sticky candy. 😊I was looking for the best price & location. Dr Silvia M. Menendez offered that & her helpful & patient staff made the choice just that much easier. 🙏😁

Everyone at Smiles Orthodontics were very supportive and helpful. This was the first time I had to deal with braces for my daughter and Dr. Menendez was very thorough in explaining the procedure and treatment plan. Shell and the office staff were all great. Shell really made me feel at ease by explaining what’s covered by my insurance and what my out of pocket expenses would be. She always went above and beyond to help me. Hands down the best experience we have ever had. Dr. Menedez and her staff are the best! We had a terrible experience with our transfer from Georgia, but Shell made it as smooth as she could and was an excellent communicator. It was nothing but excellence and professionalism until my daughter was done with her treatment. All of the staff are extremely friendly and helpful, especially Neal at the front desk. Dr. Menéndez and the team were amazing throughout my experience with braces- the positive morale of the clinic is evident from the front desk staff to the clinical treatment room. Truly, the best experience I have ever had with braces! They are quick and efficient, being very mindful of my busy work schedule. Whatever time my appointment was at, I would be in and out without 15 minutes. Additionally, with their hours, they were very accommodating. The team is wonderful, FUNNY, and very patient and kind with my sensitive mouth! 10/10 would recommend to anyone!

Wait time is very minimal, I would be in and out within 15-20 minutes unless I knew I was going to be there longer which the staff made me aware of. I came to Dr. Menendez when I was a freshman in High School. She always was very precise with her work, and I thoroughly enjoyed coming to see her. Because she was so good with her work, I in return, made sure to do my part by wearing my rubber bands and ended up getting my braces off early. Now, I am a Senior in college getting new retainers, and she is just as great as she was when I was a kid. Highly recommend!
